I get reimbursed for Hotel bills and mileage from my clients. These are reimbursement of expenses and should not be included in my income ( as that becomes taxable). Raising an invoice automatically adds this to my income. How do I record such reimbursement cheques received from my clients? I have an incorporated business and am using QB desktop pro.

2 of client employees were historically paid MONTHLY, but changing to BW. So I need to somehow pay them from April 1 to -20th (reg BW is being paid Apr 7-20)

How do we turn off 'accept payments' on the quickbooks app? We have turned off 'accept credit cards' under the sales tab. It remains on in the app.

I don't know if it's a glitch, but it's very frustrating. We have deleted/reinstalled the app, went back into quickbooks online to turn on/off accept credit cards in hope it will reset it. Yet, the accept payments button remains on, on the app, and we cannot click it to turn it off.

What is the cause of this error , "ErrorWe couldn't Add the transaction(s) due to "Make sure all your transactions have a GST/HST rate before you save.". Check account?
