I want to make mulitple customers inactive. I get a message that they are connected to recurring invoices. I deleted all the recurring invoices. Then I get a message that they have Open Balances. But the Open Balance column shows that they don't. Do I have to close the program and reopen it for the changes to take effect? Is there a different Open Balance field that does not show in the Customers & leads window? Thank you.
QB Browser opens a page on Quickbooks desktop every time I open a company. How do I shut that off ?
I am trying to edit the opening balance in a Property, Plant and Equipment Account and am unable to find the View Register link to allow me to do this.

Company file converted from desktop to QBO, then client decided to not use, and QBO file was removed, but this also removed this client from "my practice" records in my QBO accountant file. Can I re-instate or recreate this file?

I think I already asked this earlier but I can not see my quiry I am starting my second f/y and see that there are a bunch of transactions in the "batch" area for printing A/R invoices. I do not need or want to print those invoices. Is there a way to get rid of them from the batch function without actually voiding the associated transaction? Also, where do I find any replies that I may get regarding my questions?Annalee

We've recently moved to a new location and I've updated our address in QBO but employee paystubs are still showing the old address - why doesn't the paystub print with the new address? I've updated each employee individually to the new address, I've changed the general tax info section and changed the company address and legal address in the Accounts and Settings section. Is there another place that I need to change in order for the paystubs to print the correct address on them?

Every time I click on customers and invoices on quickbooks on my phone, it says to add a new customer or new invoice. It will not list/show my existing customers and or invoices
Its seems there is no report on QBO that has the customer details, amount, balance due (partial or fully paid), and custom dates (eg. Sept 1 - Sept 30.

so I have a receipt which is part HST and not the full HST 13% the edit data is correct but before I can upload I have to select what type of sales tax. When I select HST on it will pass on to quicken 13% of the total and not the actual HST
