I have just upgraded from QB Enterprise 2021 to Enterprise 2022 and the multi user access no longer works.The same setup running Enterprise 2021 worked fine. Each of the office machines that has QB installed were upgraded to Enterprise 2022.The QB server is also a user machine. It can run in single user or multi user mode. The other office machine with QB installed can access the files on the server machine in single user mode. When this second machine tries to change to multi user mode it fails. I have verified folder sharing, folder properties, user privileges. The QuickBooksDB32 service is running. Under the QuickBooks Utilities menu, on the server, the machine thinks it is running in multi user as it shows "Stop Hosting Multi-User Access". I could use some additional guidance.Thanks
Doing a course in QBO and instead of +NEW > CREDIT MEMO, I used +NEW > DELAYED CREDIT. Could not figure out why no credit showing up, figured it out. However, now I have a $25 delayed credit I can't seem to delete. Only action I have is CREATE INVOICE. How do I delete that entry?
is this applicable to the canadian version of quickbooks. I have yet to get this working on my Quickbooks enterprise with advance inventory. I already downloaded the mobile app and called support for assistance setting this up. But is unable to get it working. They are now saying that this is only available for the US version. Any thoughts on this?

Taking a course which includes QuickBooks, online course and sometimes takes too long to get a response, so joined here. 😄 So, very simple... click new, customer, add a new customer. Name and phone number, save and close. Done. Customer shows up in customer list, active. Great. Click Projects, start a new project, I click the customer drop down and I get a list of all customers in my company, except the one I just added. I have made her inactive, then active again. Compared her customer info screen to the others in case I clicked something in error, and looks fine. Shut off QBO and cleared cache, started up again and again, all customers appear except the one I just added. Any ideas?

I have recently joined a firm. In bank feeds, it has some very old QuickBooks entries even pertaining to the year 2012. Similarly it has some entries downloaded from bank which are unmatched,however these are not old entries. What should i do with QuickBooks entries and what should I do with downloaded entries? Should I add all downloaded entries and delete old QuickBooks entries. I am not an expert of QuickBooks, hence I am in dire need detailed guidance please. I shall be grateful if some one helps me. how do I add a user to quickbooks on line?
Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction with this one. I'm in the process of building an app using the QBOnline API. Customer creation, Invoice creation and payments are being created fine. However I've noticed that the Customer Email field is only populated when I click on the Invoice page but not on the Payment record page. Based on the API for payments we pass the customerRefID which I assumed we pull the email on top of the Customer name but it does not. If I manually select a customer on the Payment record page it will populate their email. Is there something I'm missing here? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,Corey
AP Aging Summary doesn't match the Balance Sheet. The Vendor Balance Summary and Detail are both correct. How does this happen and how do I fix it?
I am having troubles with attaching files with clients.I used to have the option in the profile it self (It was a plus sign in the attachment area) to add files, but it gone after an update. I tried contacting the support team, they were not able to resolve it. They said it might be a browser issue but it wasn't helpful. I changed the browser but I still don't see the sign. I can still add files by editing customers and going adding them.Is anyone experiencing the same issue? or does anyone know how to resolve it? I am attaching a screenshot, where the option was available earlier

We have customers that have multiple locations that we service, not ship to. We call them sites. For example - a landscape company has Walmart as a customer. They send their invoices to Walmart head office and need to identify the site address (store) on each invoice where the work was done. -The sub customer option looks too confusing on the invoice.-The ship to address doesn’t seem correct -You could list the address in the invoice description section but we don’t like that either Is there a way to make a “site address” or “service address” or “location address” on the invoice?
