We would like to direct Quickpoints payments to different bank accounts depending on the invoice.

Im trying to pay tax but keeps receveing this error

bulk payments from cc have already taken refunds out but can not match as refunds don't show up?

I work for a non profit and one of our funders is also the organization we use to process payroll.Normally we pay them what we owe monthly for payroll and at some point in the year they give us our grant. Yes it's a bit redundant to have them pay us and then us pay them back but it's made the accounting easier.My place owed for a few months of payroll when it came time for them to give us our grant and instead of the full amount they withheld what was owing and paid us the remainder.How do I record this in quickbooks since I have to show that they did overall "give" us the correct amount but I didn't actually deposit the full amount and how do I mark those bills they retained the funding for as "paid"?Since that portion of the money never actually went through our hands I'm unclear how to account for it.

I am trying to undue GST return filing. However, QBO doesn't let me. A pop up message says to first delete payment recorded. However, there is no payment recorded for the filing concerned. Please help.

How can I update the YTD pay/deduction for employees before running the payroll? I ran the payroll but the YTD isn't showing the up-to-date amount. thank you

I choose my client through the drop down in Accountant View -->go to Manage Users --> I am listed as the Accountant and it seems I can add him as an Accountant, but I want to add him as a User -->  I am also listed as a User, and when I try to add him under this tab I get an error message.

I am trying to set up a new employee and the address given, quickbooks says it doesn't match??

We are a Canadian business with a purchase made  from US client.  This makes them GST exempt,  but still exposed to provincial tax.  The bookkeeper says just zero out the GST at invoice subtotal,  but there would be no associated tax code for ITC balancing......or will there?
