I have created a number of new accounts under the Chart of Accounts and followed the procedure outlined. When I look at the Chart of Accounts, they are listed there. However, when I'm doing a new invoice and use the pull-down menu on Product/Service, it doesn't recognize the number and asks if I want to add a new account. I'm not sure why it doesn't recognize the new account? Screenshot attached. Thanks.
I haven't been able to upload transactions since March 31, 2023. Today I disconnected my accounts and tried to link them again. I am getting an error: An amount is either too large (> 99,999,999,999) or too small (< -99,999,999,999), or saving this transaction would result in an account balance that is too large (> 99,999,999,999) or too small (< -99,999,999,999).
We have GST and PST payable and I would like to use the sales template but I get an error when I try to add the sales tax payable accounts. If I don't enter this way, the sales tax reports do not include monthly sales, so I am trying to change how I enter daily sales.
i cannot be able to receive invite
So I signed up for online payments and just had my first client pay using online payments. Now what? I can't find any information in my account or online about the payments except for an email that I received saying it was paid. How do I access the money? Where does it go? I honestly cannot believe that I pay $15/month for this and get zero support.
I've been uploading receipts, filling in the information, and matching them to transactions that have been automatically generated by banking rules. When I do this, none of the information I added in the receipt review is saved. Changes to tax rates, accounts, and invoice numbers are lost and just the image of the receipt seems to be added.Is there any way to make the information entered on the receipt review save to the transaction? Should I be entering the receipts before adding the bank transactions?
It's really frustrating to pay for software just to have it advertise to you in the app and disrupt your workflow. It shows lack of respect to their paying customers.
The drop down menus are too small and restricted to what you type in the dialogue box.Please make them expandable with the ability to scroll through more options.
When I upload a receipt and enter the information, very often when I start typing, the text is entered backwards in the field; e.g. instead of the letters being entered into the box as "typing" it is entered as "gnipyt".Why does it do this and how do I stop it? It is annoying.I have tried refreshing the browser and clearing cache, etc. but that doesn't help.
Hi all,I currently just set up my WSIB, and because of the industry I am in tends to not have injuries, my rate is $0.40 cents per $100 of payroll. Problem is, expressed as a percentage, that works out to be 0.004%, which Quickbooks Payroll doesn't let me input How would you work around this issue?
