I'm wondering if there is a pre-authorized payment form that I can provide to customers to submit their credit card information and signature. At one point I remember it coming up when I added information to someone's customer profile that they needed to sign this form but I have not seen it since. Thanks,

Hello. i called a QB phone number 1-888-676-3250 where i was try to get some support for an upgrade. re the following i am not sure if i called a scam.i immediately got through (which shocked me). they answered that it was QB but the first prompt was 'if you want IDR' press 1, and that was the only prompt. i got through and spoke to someone but then i had an incoming call and he gave me a phone number to call back to. both the quick response and the fact that he said to call him back concerns me. is anyone familiar with this? Thanks in advance.

My client mistakenly entered a lesser amount of the cheque deposited which left the customer's account with a balance. The invoice was for the amount of $442.40 but client deposited it at $422.40. The customer's bank charged the correct amount but our bank reflected only $422.40. How can I reconcile this so I can match the transactions with the bank? Thank you for any insight!
Direct deposit information including (account number, ytrasit number) is changed in quick books. We do not know who chaged it, and money went to wrong account

How to delete a payment from a customer that was not received
I have used QB desktop for years but have never had this issue. I have 4 journal entries that seem to be corrupted....they are posted, you can see them when you look at transactions in an account but if you try to open them, it acts like they are not there. And if you try to do a "find" by the number, it says it cannot find that netry. But I can see it!

I operate my consulting business out of Nova Scotia, but have clients in other tax jurisdictions. For the past eight months, I have been invoicing an Ontario client and the application has been programming the sales invoice with NS HST of 15%. The rule I understand is the point of delivery, and so the Ontario 13% should have been charged. Neither we or the client had realized the error until just now and I wish to make an adjustment to their account, crediting them for the overcharged HST and adjusting the tax payable. All examples I have seen so far do not show how to credit the client and to have the adjustment properly associated with the tax report to the Government. Any help on the correct accounts and entries would be appreciated.

We have a currently QBO essentials subscription. We own an S corp, but also have a second business operating under a DBA under the same tax ID. It sounds like the location feature in QBO Plus would be a better way for us to separate the two businesses. The feature I am most looking for is being able to email invoices for the DBA that are 100% customizable for the DBA. Right now I cannot email invoices for the DBA because the name of the primary company shows up everywhere. Does anyone have any experience with us? I want to be confident that the emails are customizable before making the change. Thanks
Hi there, The business I work for is getting set up on QBO and runs an online and brick & mortar store through Shopify. We used the OneSaaS Connector to sync data. All the data was imported correctly and syncing works. We ran into the following issue: When a product SKU needs to be updated, what is the best way to do this? It seems that entering it via Shopify will trigger QBO to view the product as a new item upon sync and create a new listing, and because the Shopify to QBO sync does not pull the stock number, QBO will then override the inventory in Shopify to 0. Would updating the SKU in Quickbooks update it in Shopify as well? Would updating the SKU in the OneSaas Portal update it in both QBO and Shopify? Or would we need to update it in both locations simultaneously?
