QuickBooks Q&A

Quickbooks is not working properly for me. Have tried on different computers with the same result.
I filed GST (can see entry in GST/HST payable. I paid GST (credit in the Bank, where is the debit side)
My backup is starting to fail stating backup could not be completed because it ran out of disk space. To successfully backup you need to have at least TWO times the size of your biggest FileSet of freespace in C:// (location data protect). How do I resolve this?
How can I update this?

I need to run my January payroll at the end of December. Will the 2023 tax tables be available by then?
can't enter any invoices
I just upgraded and I only have sales receipts or invoices as a choice for batch entering. This is why I upgraded so I really want it to have cheques or expenses
I used to be able to just type in new client's name and email address and proceed through completing the email invoicing form easily. Now when I type in a new client's name, a very long form with lots of fields pop up and the ease of just typing in the client's name and email address is gone. Pls help! I had also today connected my quickbooks with my bank accounts to enable me to receive bank transfers. But even went I turn off that function and just accept credit cards - it still produces a big long form for me to fill out. Pls help!
I accidentally processed a deposit for an outstanding invoice before the customer paid it. They sent me a copy of the invoice showing it was PAID. I was confused at the time, and this question occurred to me after the fact. Any feedback would be appreciated.
My backup is starting to fail since we have little space left from Quickbooks so I am starting to look at items I can delete that are old. I am wondering if the following folders are safe to delete items out of: - BackupFile - Multiple QuickBooks Company Files and ND Files- qbw.searchindex- QB2021BackupFiles (We are now on QB 22) Are there any other ways to help shrink this folder?
Details in the question. I'm quite new to qbo so apologies if this is a very obvious question.
Alternately, if we leave the money in the business without running the payroll, how do we account for it as a loan that will need to be paid back in the following year?
