I am an Apple & Quicken addict and I don't want give up either! When Apple made their decision to part company in terms of supporting the Quicken application I was placed in real difficulty but very constructive advice on this forum lead to a solution. I am running macOS Catalina on my iMac internal HD and Sierra (macOS 10.12.6) on a OWC solid state external HD. I was advised that of all the macOS that could run Quicken, Sierra was the best and the best version of Quicken for this was 2007 (Canada). When I want to use it I boot up to the external HD and for 4-5 years now it has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I now need to change my iMac which will come with macOS Monterey and I am told the the external HD solution will not work with this iMac. They tell me that they believe there is a version of Quicken that does run on Monterey but my question is, is it as good as the 2007 version? I recently changed from desktop Office products to 365 and now the first time that you run an Quickbooks update two extra workbooks get opened. You cannot close them and they stay open until the user logs off. You can re-run the update after that and no more than the original two workbooks. I have been google researching this for about a month and have found no solutions. Any help would be appreciated.
I have several SO's that contain same part number. I invoiced 1 of these parts against the wrong SO. I was able to update/change the PO/SO on the invoice to pull the correct part from correct SO. (I just changed the PO field and SO field to correct #'s) All my totals are correct for this part, but the SO that I originally invoiced against, is still showing in the backorder and the invoice column, the amount I invoiced.How do I get these bo/inv numbers to go away on this SO?

Hi! We invoice in CAD, but a customer paid us in USD (their head office is in the US). When we deposited the cheque, the exchange rate at the time ended up in us taking a loss against the original value showing in QBO. How do I account for this difference? Thanks :)

When I open Quickbooks Online, it shows my active company but it also shows a cancelled company (same company though). I want to delete the cancelled company so that my dashboard opens up to my active company when I log in but I cannot find how to do that.
I try and select multiple customers in order to use the Batch actions and choose Make inactive from the list of actions to apply and it will not work - this error pops up "Unable to load https://c45.qbo.intuit.com/qbo45/neo/v1/company/9130353650954726/lists/name/batchDelete?zeroBalance=true&cascade=true status: 400". Please advise what this error means and how to make use of the Batch action "Make inactive".
