I'm trying to find an easy way to access my companies in QB Desktop . I have several companies and right now I open one, and then use the Open Second Company option or Open New Company. This is a bit cumbersome. Is there a way to have icons on my desktop for easy access to each company? Thanks.
This is regarding the ability to successfully carry out direct deposit for payroll in Canada.What I need, according to my bank, is a generated CPA-005 form, which other competing accounting softwares can produce. I've rummaged around and it seems there is no functionality within Quickbooks to allow for this without the use of a 3rd party. If I'm wrong, please educate me. If I'm right, my Question to Quickbooks is: When are you intending to make this file generation a possibility? I'm sure the suggestion to use Telpay or Treasure Software and whatnot will come up. If you want to try and convince me it is the way to go and what values they carry, go ahead. But my concerns simply are as follows:1. We pay a decent amount to Quickbooks and to our bank, requiring to pay for yet another service to step in where the two existing parties can't seem to shake hands makes us wonder if there is a problem with our existing services.2. Creating Customer Statements help please. When I create customer statements in QBO, everything is as it should be until I change the date range for the statements. At this point, when the page refreshes, I lose the check boxes alon gthe left side that allow me to select the statements I want to print. Sales > Customers > Select Customers > Batch Actions > Create StatementsSelect Stmt Type > Choose stmt date > Select date range > Apply.... at this point I lose the left side check boxes and can no longer selects the statements to print.

We recently converted to QuickBooks online advanced from QuickBooks desktop. Our employees have voluntary payroll deductions for them to purchase tools and pay back a little each week. There are now two chart of accounts showing for each employee . The desktop had the tool accounts listed as other current liabilities. The online has one listed as other current assets. We need combine so that there is only one account. What do we do to correct this?

We are a charity that received donations regularly. Has anyone been able to customize the sales receipt for issuing donation receipts? Ideally we would like to issue one statement at the end of the year for all donations received from each donor rather than multiple receipts during the year. I wonder if sales statement can be customized as a donation receipt?
The status on my invoices is “not sent” nothing has changed on my end. I tried resetting my email and the suggested actions.
My QuickBooks online on Android, invoices are not showing as sent or even viewed, if I go on the computer they show as sent. What's wrong? I've refreshed my data already and resent a number of times.
