Hello,I am a developer working at a manufacturing company that uses QuickBooks 2023 Enterprise for manufacturing and wholesale.I am reaching out because we have been manually entering data such as invoices until now, but I am planning to develop an interface application to automate this process.I would like to inquire whether the following approach is correct:The core of the process involves writing a program on a PC with QuickBooks Desktop, using the QuickBooks Desktop SDK, to receive invoice data from an external program, convert it into a QBXML request, and then send it to QuickBooks Desktop. We provide a service where each customer is invoiced 200 per month. Some customers prepay and others provide ACH info paying each month. I created a batch invoice for all customers and created a Billing group. is there a way to automate this invoice? I know how to enter batch invoice, but I cannot see how to automate each month. Please don't send instructions how to automate an invoice, because those only pertain to a single customer and I want to automate Batch Invoices. any suggestion please. thank you

I am having an ongoing issue between QB and RBC that I cannot seem to get a resolution for - both sides are quick to point the finger at the other and I am left with no solutions. I have no problem connecting my RBC accounts in QB, but when my bookkeeper logs into the account and tries to pulls the transactions from their end in everything disconnects. I have 2FA and personal verification questions turned on for RBC which I have been told are likely the culprits - when the Intuit server is sending the query to RBC (either from bookkeeper or daily updating) it is being flagged because it is unable to complete the 2FA correctly, as the notification gets sent to my cellphone. RBC says QB is aware of the issue but has not yet provided a solution. I think its absurd that I would need to turn off 2FA/PVQ and compromise my accounts in order to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated! I am using Quickbooks Online Essentials
