When I log in to my account, only some of the items on my desktop are loading. When I click on an item from the menu such as +New, Pay Bills, it won’t load and ai just get a Quickbooks spinning wheel.

I recently had to format my computer. I reinstalled QB 2018 Pro. When I get to activation to open exiting file It will not connect to the internet

Why are we literally paying more for less (the US option with AI/AP is still significantly cheaper than the Canadian version without AI/AP).

I was wondering is there anyway I can add my customized data (like quantity, project code and etc.) to the barcode label I am printing ? I am asking since there are only limited option you can add on

I have not found anything in Apps.comI can make something that fits this use case if needed. I need to track fitness class package purchases and count down the balance of the package as used by attendance at class,  Ideally, I could auto notify the bookkeeper or instructor when the student needs to purchase another package for more classes

Hii I need to change a submitted invoice 

Quickbooks wants to start the next month to be reconciled but the beginning balance is wrong so I want to check the prior month

It was an option when entering payroll to select a paper check if the employee couldnt wait till Payday or if there was a an issue.  But the only place I found to select paper check is now in the employee settings, and you have to delete the direct deposit option.

I am looking for a way to pay vendors from our bank to theirs without doing etransfers. Is there a way in QB online or is there a third party app that I can get to do this?

Hello,  I bought a mobile device and a case with my personal name for my company in separate transactions via my business credit card.Where to categorize the device and its case?I know some deprecation rate will be added to the device and its case. So, I am not sure which category is suitable for this case. Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

A cheque was created in 2023 but the amount paid out was $100 less than listed in the cheque, so I am unable to match the bank and QB transactions. I cannot edit the salary paid out in the cheque from the pay cheque list. I would delete the cheque and issue a new one but I am unable to create a cheque for a previous year. How can I reconcile these amounts so the missing $100 is accounted for? Help is greatly appreciated!

How do I change the employee display name in time?

We wrote a cheque on October '23 and it was deposited October '23. FYE is July 30. In August '24 the same exact cheque was deposited again. How do we record this new transaction while we wait for the reimbursement from the bank error?
