I have US Quickbooks 2020 Mac desktop version. Every time I try to download QBO transaction from my Chase ink credit card for a particular account, it say nothing imported this account is up-to-date.However, I have another company same software, same credit card but with a different account number that I have no problems with downloading the transactions. I do web connect the exact same way, but it is not coming through. In addition I don't have any problems downloading banking transactions in any of my company accounts.Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this?
If we receive payment via Razor Pay there is a particular deduction by razor pay from the total amount and we are unable to show that amount in invoice as we want to add a deduction column in which we can show the deducted amount of Razor pay.

hi,does QuickBooks allow us to record business transaction for two different types of nature business in one account?Eg: let say one business named ABC Company, registered with nature business are kindergarten & coffee shop.
I can't change my inventory start date because it can't be before the last transaction, but I can't change the bill date with this product because it has to be after the inventory start date. So what I am meant to do? As a result I can't sync all my orders from bigcommerce because the order date (pre-orders) are before the inventory start date. Also in the bill it has the cost in USD, but then in the products list I have to manually enter the cost for every single product but not in USD. This inventory module is just a mess. Please help.

We just recently increased our desktop licenses from 4 to 5. Whenever the 5th user logs on, the inventory data looks correct, until the Quick Report is run -- and then it shows a negative number. This only happens for the 5th user, no one else's log-ins are affected. Why would this be?
When I go to the Sales Tax page it just says "this agency is partially setup (code:INDIRECTTAX-10393.") It does not provide anyway to edit an agency. I have had this issue for months since I got the program. This issue has been going on since 2020 and there has been no explanation whatsoever. I’ve called customer center, I’ve contacted various time and nobody knows how to fix the issue. Also there is no refund for a technical problem that is being occurred on quickbooks end not the customer. And yes I have tried clearing my cache, opening a private browser etc…
