I have several clients. However, many of them use a third company who made the payments to me. I record the invoice to my clients'name but how can I record the receive payment? Should I create a record for the third party making the payment? If so, what do I do with the invoice in my client's records? Thanks.

Previously this worked perfectly, however all of a sudden, any customer/sub-customer pair created via the API do not convert to a Project. This issue is present in both the Sandbox & live accounts.
The expense is still associated with the correct client and project, but is no longer flagged as being billable. How do I change the status so that I can add it to an invoice?

I used to be able to send an invoice and it was attached to the email as a PDF. Now with all the wonderful changes for no reason it doesnt send the PDF. I tried to follow the instructions but they are wrong. The tab they say to hit does not exist. Any sane person out there that can help would be much appreciated. I am sick of QB stupid uodates that make everything more difficult and longer.
