Need to add more shipping addresses to a customer's account.Also to add more contact information to a customer's account
I'm looking for the most efficient way to report bugs. I don't want to get on chat or phone and wait however long to get connected and then prove I have access to the account just to report something I can concisely and clearly report asynchronously.
I started a project to track the Expenses associated with a Donated Trailer. I have updated every expense with the billing address [Removed] GRANT for Trailer Cost. Only one of them shows up in Cost the Project Overview. I have cleared the case, and there is no change.
Using QBO for ACH transactions. Annoyed to have to select the correct bank account each time but more annoyed that even though the correct bank account was specified & recorded by bill pay correctly the money came from a second bank account.
Hi. I currently have all of my statement formats created in QSW and want to know if anyone has had experience using QSW with QuickBooks Desktop 2024? We're currently using QB Desktop 2021 and have to upgrade, and all of our statements are modified and formatted using QSW. Thanks in advance!
We just switched from billing, invoicing, and time entry in QB Enterprise Desktop, to CCH Axcess Practice and we need to record revenue based on type in our QB.
Does anyone know how to convert an invoice to an Excel format. Not a list just an individual invoice. I could do it last week with the print button at the bottom but the new print and download just does PDF format. Thanks
Could someone PLEASE help me with deposits? (I am new to QBO) We are a membership association and don't usually sell anything. We receive money from member dues & CE courses.Currently, the only way for me to enter deposits, is by creating sales receipts. I need to forgo these. Our P&L reports our all wonky doing it this way. I need to be able to just enter deposits like I have always done in Desktop QB.Thanks so much, in advance!!!!

I need to run a report based on customer type to report to MSHA and OSHA. I need a report for actual hours worked in each month not what we invoice each month. Is there a report I can run in QBO or QB Time to show the amount of hours worked based on customer type?
Just today I noticed that I cannot see the credit card charges or the balance in my cc register. I only see card payments. Is this a glitch?

It appears that all users with the standard level of access would be able to pay bills or modify approval workflows. If we change all these roles to "Internal Accountant," the issue will be solved. Can you confirm that we will still have access to all we need? Next, the same issue seems to be related to accountants (external firms). Can you confirm if they have access to pay bills and change workflows?

With Melio, it used to send the invoice details. Now the vendors are not receiving this, and asking for it.

I used the web download for bank feeds. After clearing everything I can use the link to actual bank account since it would be most recent data. I used the web download file as Bank. How can I use the actual bank link same thing so it's not too confusing

I often use the advance search function to find an invoice by selecting "PO Number" under the search Invoices. Today when I was trying to search, I found that the "PO Number" choice is no longer available. Why was this removed? This is a necessary option for me.
Since I cannot change the Pledge labeling in Quickbooks, shame on you QB, the work around suggested is to switch between non-profit and for-profit. Will I lose any non-profit reporting functionality in for-profit if I switch back and forth? I must say, this is not a reasonable solution for non-profits. When will this be 'fixed' in the system?
A client paid an invoice and I tuit held the payment (supposed to be deposited 1-5 days but scheduled in 8 days.) Client was invoiced to add gpsts to grazing project and they paid, but QuickBooks flagged and held it. They charged the 1% transaction fee and won't release the funds. And I can't buy stock to fulfill scope of project.
