Since the template update, when I create a delayed charge for sub-accounts, the main invoice does total charges by sub-account. It lists the line items for each sub-account, but does group and total the individual account. In addition, the attachments from the delayed charge are not importing when creating the main invoice.
I am running an invoice transaction report and added the column to include "payment method" on the report. Although the payment method is included on each invoice originally generated, it is not showing on the report itself. As suggested when browsing for a solution, I have cleared the cache and tried to run the report in incognito mode with no luck.
Also do I receive my inventory in qb or Shopify? If it’s in QB will it have all my categories so it goes to the correct spot?
Just want to confirm, anything I pay for business is an expense right? im adding now expenses to income but seeing report I only see profit and loss and that report only shows sales, cogs. No advertising expense, which I created a bill and paid.
The entire Invoice view has changed and not in a good way. I am having a lot of trouble navigating through an invoice, invoicing the customer and viewing past invoice payments
I am trying to export a Report out of one QBO books into another QBO books.Is this possible?I have 3 QBO books and I need the report in one QBO to be in another. It is quite an intense report so I really do not want to recreate it. With the New version of the reports it is hard to go back to the old reports. Any assistance would be appreciated. Smccall
When bank transactions are imported, my billpay checks only say "Paper Bill Payment", which makes it impossible to create rules to efficiently deal with these. Then, when I figure out what vendor I actually paid, and label the payment and add it, QB assigns that vendor to every other paper bill payment on my feed. Since these bill payments don't have the correct vendor, it is impossible to assign a rule to efficiently deal with them. Ideas?

As I recall, the original COA list at setup (several versions ago) had a layout pretty much like the Balance Sheet, followed by income and expense accounts. I sorted it and now cannot get it back to the original layout. Is there a way to manually move accounts?
We are a solid waste company that has 4 divisions. In these divisions we have trucks that operate in all four. I'd like the classes to be a follows: Solid waste: T101, T121, T131 etc.Recycling: T101, T121, T131 etc.Sludge: T101, T121, T131 etc.Green waste: T101, T121, T131 etc. This doesn't seem correct.Any suggestions?
