Is there a way to allow a customer to pay for multiple invoices with 1 credit card payment in Quickbooks Online? Currently we are sending customers with 1 or 2 invoices individual emails, but customers with 3+ invoices are batched and sent manually with a payment link. The problem is that the payment link creates a new sales receipt and leaves the invoices open/unpaid. Ideally we'd like to keep credit card payments inside of Quickbooks, but we may go back to sending PayPal links to avoid the accounting issues QB payment links create. Thanks in Advance

I can select to view the "Phone" number, but not the "Mobile" number. How can I view the mobile number in my customer list and keep that view as default?

We have customers who pay different rates for the same product or service. So I activated Pricing Rules beta and created a rule for a given customer (ACME) a specific product (Widget A).The regular unit price for Widget A is $150. But for ACME, they pay $100 for Widget A. So I created a pricing rule that applies only to ACME individually and only to Widget A individually. The price adjustment method is Custom price per item and the Start and End dates are blank which means the rule never expires. I create a new invoice for ACME and add the Widget A under Product or service. The price for Widget A is the default $150 and not $100 as per pricing rule.This is using the the New Invoice Layout. But if I switch the Old Invoice Layout, it works. How can I get it to work with the new invoice format?

I've added a new vendor a few times, and for some of them when I go to billpay (by check from QB checking account) it gives me this error. "Error: We are sorry -- something has gone wrong. Our team has been notified, but click here fill out a report." There is no error code, the "report" button never works, and I can't figure out why I'm getting this. In the latest instance, I'm adding a new contractor, all the info is entered, SSN is entered, address was verified, 1099 is selected, and it will not let me send a check through billpay/Melio. However, with the last contractor, I was able to get around this by entering direct deposit info after even a handwritten check bounced. Does anyone know what is wrong here?

We use serialized inventory to sell tanks with VIN numbers. We need to specifically identify the cost of each tank when sold - not an average cost. Is this possible in Quickbooks Enterprise? We currently have an item code for each class of tank and when the PO is received, we enter the VIN number for the tank. When the tank is sold, we are getting an average cost, no the cost specific to the tank sold. We are selling used tanks so the cost is vastly different from tank to tank.

I was able to get a check number and the date deposited from QB customer service and vendor is now asking what bank it was deposited to just in case it was fraudulenty deposited by someone else.
