Reports and accounting

I found a couple other reports that don't quite give me what I'm looking for. I want to see total of all invoices that are owed to us within 30 days. For example, within the next 30 days, we are expected to receive X dollars from customers. For example, customers owe us money and the invoice due date is within the next 30 days, how do I get that total? I would also like to see how much is owed to us within the next 60 days, etc.
The new INVOICE entry screen has ruined QBO and i'm going to cancel if you can't fix it.how do i add the total to the upper right corner (LIKE IT USED TO BE)how do i keep it from jumping up and down because i don't charge sales tax in other states ?why does it open a new tab to save a PDF? if it must, can't it open in Acrobat Pro so I can actually do something with it?why do you offer an option to add a "payment link" on the invoice, but it doesn't work?why.. WHY did you change it? you've 100% ruined it, and i'm going to cancel my subscription if you can't fix it. I have been a customer for 5 years, and i can't imagine who approved these changes.help me REVERT to the old style... it was perfect.. the new one is horrible. HORRIBLE. ANYONE ELSE AGREE?
Is there a way to allow a customer to pay for multiple invoices with 1 credit card payment in Quickbooks Online? Currently we are sending customers with 1 or 2 invoices individual emails, but customers with 3+ invoices are batched and sent manually with a payment link. The problem is that the payment link creates a new sales receipt and leaves the invoices open/unpaid. Ideally we'd like to keep credit card payments inside of Quickbooks, but we may go back to sending PayPal links to avoid the accounting issues QB payment links create. Thanks in Advance

We have customers who pay different rates for the same product or service. So I activated Pricing Rules beta and created a rule for a given customer (ACME) a specific product (Widget A).The regular unit price for Widget A is $150. But for ACME, they pay $100 for Widget A. So I created a pricing rule that applies only to ACME individually and only to Widget A individually. The price adjustment method is Custom price per item and the Start and End dates are blank which means the rule never expires. I create a new invoice for ACME and add the Widget A under Product or service. The price for Widget A is the default $150 and not $100 as per pricing rule. This is using the the New Invoice Layout. But if I switch the Old Invoice Layout, it works. How can I get it to work with the new invoice format?
My Company and clients are setup to my specific Invoice formatWhat TF has QB changed the invoice formats. If I can’t get them back and now then I will move from QB
can i add empty lines for spacing in invoices?
I've added a new vendor a few times, and for some of them when I go to billpay (by check from QB checking account) it gives me this error. "Error: We are sorry -- something has gone wrong. Our team has been notified, but click here fill out a report." There is no error code, the "report" button never works, and I can't figure out why I'm getting this. In the latest instance, I'm adding a new contractor, all the info is entered, SSN is entered, address was verified, 1099 is selected, and it will not let me send a check through billpay/Melio. However, with the last contractor, I was able to get around this by entering direct deposit info after even a handwritten check bounced. Does anyone know what is wrong here?
We have a few labor codes that my boss would like to keep an eye on - is there a way to alert him if any time is charged to them?
How to connect a Bill from Vendor to a PO to the vendor.
I had received a pre-payment from a customer and booked it as a credit to the client. I've since set up a Project for that client and want to apply the payment to the project rather than the client. Is there a simple way to do this?
At new company and need to clean up old issues. How can I "void" these old credits without messing anything up? Thanks
Without adding as a customer how to you track potential customers
Was hoping would receive email but did not and see sales price of items fixed but not price rules for shipping. Can we please be complete when testing. Thanks
We use serialized inventory to sell tanks with VIN numbers. We need to specifically identify the cost of each tank when sold - not an average cost. Is this possible in Quickbooks Enterprise? We currently have an item code for each class of tank and when the PO is received, we enter the VIN number for the tank. When the tank is sold, we are getting an average cost, no the cost specific to the tank sold. We are selling used tanks so the cost is vastly different from tank to tank.
The description doesn't show up when I start typing in the part number so I don't know what part number to select.
I was able to get a check number and the date deposited from QB customer service and vendor is now asking what bank it was deposited to just in case it was fraudulenty deposited by someone else. This was supposed to be escalated yesterday and I was going to get a call back from someone but I have heard nothing. We need to find out where this money went. PLEASE HELP!!!
