We have a little thrift store and when customers pay it gives me an option to text or email a receipt. How do I set that up?
Hello! I noticed today that a brand new Sales Receipt was created overnight by the System Administrator. I am confused as to why this is the case as obviously this effects my bottom line and my stock situation. I've read online things about recurring invoices etc. but this does not apply to me at all in my business. I've attached image of the Audit Log and of the actual Sales Receipt created. I would like to know why this is done and why is it simply left in my records. If this was not picked up it would cause stock control issues in the future and obviously daily sales result issues.

I got a notice that my service will be ending in seven days. When I check my subsciption payments, they are current through March. It looks like April was skipped and they are preparing to take the payment for May. In my actual account, there is no notification stating that my service will expire soon. It's just in the email notice I received.
Quantity line won't work
When creating an invoice, I am unable to change the quantity for a service line. I used to be able to change it, but only a grayed out italicized "1" is available.
Hello,I am reconciling my January books and my quick books told me my balance is off. When viewing the reconciliation discrepancy report it appears the issue is with some transactions from October. In October I had some transactions accidentally get deleted and I had to manually re-enter them. I didn't have any issue reconciling October, November or December after that. When I view my report I see several transactions from October plus the ones that were deleted. Many more than what is on my bank statement. How do I tell if some transactions are doubled and how do I proceed to fix the discrepancy in the balance.
We need to generate reports for all 3 stages.
I am using Quickbooks Online and I was using it all day but now my Balance sheet won't drill down and let me see the details. I tried Chrome, Edge, turning it off on. I keep getting a message that Something went wrong and we are fixing it.
Hi!I created a sample IIF file below to import my daily sales. Everything works great except that the name, "Square Inc." does not show up on import on the Deposit line (for the 513.73 amount). So I have to manually enter that vendor name in the register for the imported transaction. I checked and the vendor name in the IIF file matches with the name in my QB Desktop. Does anybody know why and can you please help me to solve this problem? How do I disable the auto email invoice feature so customers don't receive balance due message when I am importing old invoices?

Hi Community, I have QBO accounts. In one account (for one nonprofit), I have a report which works perfectly. I am trying to replicate that report in the account for the other nonprofit, however, it does not appear that the report will replicate. It is a Sales by Donor report, and Sales is not an available filter field for the other nonprofit. It almost looks like the two nonprofits are using two different versions of QBO. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
