Multiple calls on support for hours at a time...no way to get in contact with people who approve this
I am in the construction industry and bill on a cost-plus basis. I regularly receive progress payments from customers before I create an invoice. This has caused a large sum of my payments to go to unapplied cash payment income. I cannot change the dates on the invoices or payments. what do I do to correct this and is there a way to prevent going forward. I cannot be the only one this happens to.
We have a desire to place certain accounts payable invoices on hold so that they cannot be paid until released for payment, regardless of the due date. Is that functionality available in QBO?
Do I create an expense? Against what account since there's not a specific expense or payment account anymore?
We area a consulting firm that sells services at fixed flat rates and those services are listed in QB with those bulk prices. We want to track our time as costs to the project to measure profitability, but when we enter hours and attach to the service, it pulls the billable rate as that bulk price and not the individual's rate. How do we fix this?
Attempting to access "Reconcile" and keep getting the set up page. I am a Company Admin (CA) with no restrictions. Our Primary Admin (PA) connected the banks and has done bank reconciliations since our conversion to QBO Advanced from QB Desktop. The PA can see everything under "Reconcile", but I as the CA am not able to see anything. I get this Set Up screen no matter which option/route I use to get there. See attached .jpg for reference. Question: Does each user have to connect to the bank just to see the Reconcile tab, functions, and reports? To my knowledge, though, there is only one login to the bank so will it be impossible for me to see this function?
No new transactions available and the "click here" link is broken. I know this has been an issue in the past, however now discussions on this also seem to have been deleted from here. I understand it has something to do with multiple downloads, but if I can't find the information in the register or anywhere else, giving an error msg with no solution isn't very helpful. Please advise. (downloaded QBO bank file and want to import it into the check register)

I have added an accountant onto my account. For some reason they can't see the bank accounts that I have reconciled. How can I change that?
I would like to run a report for one customer discounts but going to my "discounts" under Chart of Accounts doesn't show any data. My discounts are entered under "parts sales" if that helps.
QB prohibits me from saving my company name, which is a dba of my legal biz name.
When I go into QBO to look at a bill, the columns are all jumbled close to each other where I cant read them. When I try to move the columns over, the minute I let go of my mouse, they all move right back over to where they initially where and do not stay spread out. Why wont it let me spread my columns out all of a sudden and why is this happening? nothing has changed and it's happening on one client in QBO, but not happening in other clients QBO. How do i fix this issue as it's a huge issue?
How to add an account on chart of account
