For the last check in October, Quickbooks Desktop didn't take out ANY payroll taxes. I didn't notice this until an employee brought it to my attention, but it was after several employees had cashed their checks so I couldn't fix the error. Unfortunately, it was the final check of the month. Interestingly, QB's was "internally aware" of the error and self corrected for the following check, but I had to manually adjust my FICA & Medicare taxes that needed to be remitted for the month. I ran the attached report. Now I need to do the same thing to correct for November's taxes, but I can't figure out how/where I ran the report. I've looked under everything. Can someone please help?! The report I downloaded is attached.
Hello,I have four unpaid invoices from february. on accrual basis. The vendor said that I don't owe him anything. How do I clear the four invoices? Thanks

Typically, Quickbooks does not allow you to have a customer with the same name as another. They don't want confusion. On occasion, we do have people with the same first and last name so I need to be able to bypass this.

After my incredibly awful experience with the migration from Desktop to Online, (which took 7 hours over 2 days and 11 agents from various depts) I found the A/R Summary report didn’t look at all like the desktop report. I had a 1-hour Online orientation session with Floradelia, who had a very heavy Indian accent. The appt lasted 1.5 hours, and she could not explain why, or fix the fact that 1200 past customers were showing up on my A/R summary with zero balances making it impossible to easily see who owed and how much. So far, I have not found a way to fix this without clicking each individual customer, which would take hours and hours.Is there a migration expert with mega experience who speaks English as a first language who can help me?

We are an automotive repair facility. On some of the parts we order there is a core charge. I want to run a report in QuickBooks to find out what credits we have received for are returned cores.

When running an A/R Aging Detail, Reports > Customers & Receivables > A/R Aging Detail, if you select the "Paid Date" column, all cells show as blank.I have seen some older posts regarding this issue. I want to bring this up again and ask if anyone has found a workaround for this very expensive sub-optimal program. I'm comfortable exporting the report as a CSV and running it through a Power Query or processing it with Python. At the core, I want an invoice number and the date it was fully paid.
(Enterprise - Manufacturing & Wholesale - QB 21) All, Is there a Completed Builds by Item Summary report? This would look like Sales by Item Summary, but with completed builds, instead of sold items. I know how to get the data by dumping things into Excel and doing a pivot table, but, with Enterprise - Manufacturing & Wholesale, I have to think it is a deficiency on my part that I can't find a summary report of what is actually manufactured in a month. I've also tried modifying other reports and doing a custom summary report but had no luck. Does anyone know where this standard manufacturing report might be hiding? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Here is the problem I am facing while using Quickbooks Enterprise suite.I have two general billing items that I often use to create invoices. When I swap between these two billing items on the invoice, the description and rate get replaced by something I don't need, so I have to re-enter both. Often I create invoices by creating a copy of previous invoice and by changing billing items. I need the billing item to be able to change without description and rate fields defaulting to something else. I hope I am clear. Please help. Thanks
How do I get the ACH option to show on my forms
Going to try to make this a long story short. Started at a new firm and the bank recs have not been done ever since we got imported into QB online back in 10/2022. The issue I am having is that all of the imported data into QB online for our bank acct does not match the ending/beginning balance of our bank statements from that month at all so I am trying to figure out how to reconcile October 2022 and match the ending balance on our statement since the beginning balance is wayyy off. Of course our books are closed for 2022 so would I need to make a JE this year Dr. Reconciliation Discrepancies Cr. Bank Account?
Since the customer told me he didn't get the most recent invoice. I had to send it manually. I don't have a problem with other recurring customer invoices.
Can anyone tell me WHY IN THE WORLD scheduled reports never get sent per their schedule. Multiple people have asked me how we can use this, as they just never get sent..... using QB Enterprise Mfg & Wholesale 21.0 release R8P. I changed the UAC settings in the control panel, rebooted, but QB still gives attached error. Also went thru this article but nothing gets it to work. Set up and modify Scheduled Reports (intuit.com)
