I have Accountant Desktop Plus 2024. Just did latest update release and now my memorized reports are messed up in my clients' files. What's going on? Was on phone 2 1/2 hours with excellent QB Tech and he went up the ladder for solutions and feedback. We did the Tool Hub, reloaded a company file, and a few other procedures. Nothing fixed the problem. Only thing they can figure out is that when I did the update, it "broke" my memorized reports. Now I have to process/tweak several reports in 40 different client files now. What a time consuming process we have ahead of us. I'm not happy at all.Examples: Memorized Checking Account Register - columns I had were: Type, Date, Number, Name, Memo, Debit, Credit, Balance. The update changed them to: Type, Date, Name, Split, Cost, Sales Price, Act. Sales PriceState Unemployment Quarterly Report: I had Source Name, Date, Payroll Item, Income Subject to Tax, Wage Base, Am

I switched over from desk top to online the old invoices were never marked as paid in quickbooks desktop, can i mark them as paid and back date them to last year so they won't show as open anymore
We are trying to streamline our bill entry process, and we are looking at uploading the .PDF files of bills from our vendors into QB.So far, we can get them uploaded, but QB does not pull all the data we need (Vendor name, Reference #, Memo) from the uploaded bill. Is there a way to customize (or map) the fields of the uploaded file that QB includes in the bill?
OMG After the latest upgrade many of our memorized reports either vanished or opens a completely different report! I followed the guidance from QB to fix and after relocating the corrupt reports I started a new report group and recreated 6 reports. They are fine on my desktop but other users are not getting the new rebuilt reports? One user opens the report and it contains a column that is not even in the column listing??? What is happening?
I use Quickbooks 2014. No need for newer version as it does all I need.For many years I entered Class when creating a check. It appeared on the Check form to the far right.A few weeks ago this Class column disappeared and cannot be found. See attached screenshot.Yes I did go to Edit > Preferences > Accounting > and check Use Classes in transactions. It was already checked.But it still doesn't appear.It looks like Quickbooks deliberately removed this feature in an "upgrade".Any ideas please?
I have an amount in Undeposited Funds on the Balance Sheet. The amount is for several transactions that have been reconciled. How do I clear this since it has been reconciled?

HiI'm using Quickbooks Enterprise 2018 Desktop and one of our users is having this issueOne of our users is trying to go back to previous reconciliations (reports – banking – prevous reconciliations) and for some of them they are just coming up as a PDF file not with the whole menu of options as below. Does anyone know why that would be happening?
In QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 24.0 Scheduled Reports feature is not working. Able to add a schedule for a report but at scheduled time no emails are sent. In the Scheduled Report Center page it is showing a banner that "QuickBooks found that your Windows is running in high UAC, which blocks the schedule reports"But UAC settings is set to the lowest level(Disabled) in my windows 10 64-bit PC. Tried running QuickBooks as as admin and restarted multiple times still issue is not resolved. Is this feature working for any one else?QuickBooks technical support please help with this issue.

Using quickbooks enterprise 24. Cannot figure out how to generate a general ledger report showing the Indvidual transactions within a split. What I'm trying to accomplish is generating a complete detailed list of all credit and debits and that report needs to include details within each -split- out so i can export to excel in the format I need.
I have my parent and sub customer setup already. My parent company is a distributor and they buy parts from us and have us send them to a sub customer. My parents co is ABC Co and my sub customer is DEF Co. I have the bill to address in my sub customer as ABC Co address and my ship to address and DEF co address. I have the sub customer name as DEF Co and I have it setup as a sub customer and bill to parent co. When I do my invoice the sub customers name populates under both ship to and bill to company. How to I change this so my parent co name shows up under Bill to and my sub customer is under Ship to?
I have a custom report that I would like to use as a base for a new custom report. Basically I want to filter the report and save it as a new report without losing the original custom report; in the end I will have two reports. With the new custom report changes QB has implemented, if I filter the custom report, my options are to save those changes to that report or to not save the changes. I am looking for the option to save the changes as a new report. Any advise or do I need to reach out to the developers? Thanks!
Hi All, Our NGO start working in Dec. 2023 and every time I need to run the report "Activities by Class" I should use the start day as Dec 2023 to have an accurate balances. After searching online, they said I should "close the period" from the setting, I did that and it's still not working. Could you please advice? Thank you! BR, Amjad

The warning says: "The transaction you are editing has been reconciled. Saving your changes could put you out of balance the next time you try to reconcile. Are you sure you want to modify it?" However, I did not change the amount of the transaction, just the class.
