Reports and accounting

Hello,I recently implemented QBO-Advanced and am pulling together 1099 information for annual reporting. I don't think QBO-Advanced will handle my 1099 reporting correctly, because the accounts $$ is coded to do not tell me if an amount is taxable. For example, if I have a 1099 consultant that I pay $10K/month, and I reimburse them $500 for supplies and they have provided a receipt, I only 1099 them on $10K * 12 = $120K. The $500 is not taxable to them because they provided a receipt for it, and I must remove it. Is there a way to adjust 1099 amounts for items like these? I can't seem to find anything about this, and don't want to waste my time mapping accounts for 1099 if I can't adjust the actual reported amounts to the correct amounts.
The payment was taken out not my chase but never added to QuickBooks and this usually takes 1 day but now it’s taking 4 plus days

When I add funds to cover expenses that exceed my income for rental property, what journal entry is to be done?
When I run a P&L for last year it shows Sales with a total and Services with a total. It's virtually the same total and when I check, it is a duplication of the income. The report is adding the two together for a reported total double what it should be. Which should I be seeing in the P&L Sales or Services and how do I turn off the other so it's not included?
how to fix the global search to be able to search by client name
I use QBD right now and have four item custom fields. One of those is so I can treat each invoice line item as a separate service (these are different services performed at different times, all for the same customer. I add services to a pending invoice as they occur and close it at the end of the month). Because QBD doesn't allow for the "Service Date" field to be evaluated and reported on at the line item level (only the "Invoice Date"), I enter the date of service (same as in the "Service Date" field) in a custom field on the line item. That custom field is able to be used in the reporting and exported so I can use it to do things like determining my busiest days of the week (for example). My other three custom fields are required (specific information required for each service that differs across each item). My question is, will I still need to have this duplicative date custom field if I switch to QBO? The reason for the question is that QBO Plus allows for up t
Greetings all, and happy new year. I need to download my QB payroll to Excel, with all data in separate Excel cells (First Name, Middle, Last, etc--) each in a separate cell. I know how to download the data, but it downloads with the full name in one cell. Any ideas on how to do that? Thanks, Brett
We have been able to use Invoices as our main billing instrument, only sending a statement when a customer gets way behind or there is a question about what was or wasn't paid. The new invoice Experience does not offer an Account summary. I'm Very frustrated

Here's the situation:- I have a weekly business expense (janitorial) that has to be paid out of my personal account because Zelle won't work with my business account- I also have a running Loans Receivable balance to myselfSo, instead of reimbursing myself money for the expense when I have a Loans Receivable balance, is there a way I can use a loan payment as reimbursement for that expense? And then how can I assign it to the correct expense category?
Thank you!
