Hi In QBO, is it possible to run open invoice reports divided by TAGS? I would like to see in a specific tag how many open invoices I have. As of now I only see the option to run a P&L for tags. I would appreciate any insight Thank you!
I have accidentally switched to the old experience and I hate it. I've researched articles and asked two different people in the chat and I cannot get back to the new experience.

MY bank account has a 2 step authorization that will not play well with quickbooks and I miss so may bank transactions every month it causes pain. What I did is downloaded this years bank transactions last week and imported them in, causing many many duplicates. I had reconciles all the way through September but then when I went to delete all the duplicates that were throwing off my reports now I have about 20 transactions that threw off my reconciliations. I dug myself into a bad hole trying to fix this and at this point I feel the best thing to to is start over. All I need to keep is my invoices and new customers and then manually import this years banks transactions and start clean. How would I wipe out all the recorded banking transactions and reconciles but keep my invoices? Bank transactions I can easily get from my bank manually but I just cannot lose my customer invoices.
I want to refund an Invoice through api without giving deposittoaccountref value. Is there any possible way to achieve this. Because deposittoaccountref column is mandatory to initiate refund. And I am not getting the refund option in more dropdown in salesreceipt. Why is that happening, do I need to change any permissions?

I followed the instructions (gear icon, custom form, content, table, show balance forward) and it shows ok on the example PDF, but not on my actual invoices. I also chatted with QB help and they did the same provedure, and it did not work, and then they just said this is not an available feature on QB online. Surely this program has this capability? Hi, We are looking to segregate our PL for each facility we run production out of. Do you have any practical guidance on how to best track expenses for invoices that apply to several different facilities? Would tags be the best approach to separate out these costs?
The two lines in the bill are line 1 "Cost Goods Sold......." Line 2 is blank - I never see any of the 18 lines that are in the PO in the bill. I deleted the PO and recreated thinking that there was something wrong with it, but still not working. When looking at the PO the category is set to "split" not sure if this is causing an issue. I am at a loss on what to do. Hope I have explained this well enought to make sense. Thanks. for the help
In Quick Books how do I update a vendors address and phone number?
Every time I receive inventory into QuickBooks, I enter the date it was received. Sometimes an order will be broken into multiple shipments, so different items will be received on different dates. How can I see the dates that each item was received?
