We use to be able to download attachments in bulk, why did this feature go away? And is it on the horizon to come back?I need to be able to back up our data as well and not completely rely on QB on again and off again features. Thanks

A customer paid their invoice, but the money isn't showing in my account?! Help please!
We have a custom Purchase Order report to see open POs line by line, and a very important piece of this is that we need to see the PO Line description field. Within the field selection area for a custom PO report, there is no description option under the "line items" category. Although there is a description option under the Product/Service category, however this description comes directly from the preset description added to this Product/Service and does not mirror a manually typed in description from the PO. For example: We have a Product/Service named "Tooling", whose preset description is empty. We have thousands of different types of tooling we purchase on POs, so at the time of creating the PO, we select the Product/Service named "Tooling" then type the specific type of tooling in that line's description. However, on the custom PO report we will only ever see the description as empty, since the only option is to show the description of that Product/Service and not what
When looking at "Customer & Leads" Overview it says overdue invoices are $2520.00 but when I hit the "view invoices" link at the bottom of the box it opens and shows all eight invoices, but they total $2420.00. Why is there a $100 difference between these two numbers? FYI, the $2420.00 is the correct number. See attached.
We have a restaurant that uses GrubHub/UberEats/DoorDash. Each of these services send a weekly report with line items for total sales and then deductions for fees and refunds. We have been recording refunds as discounts and comps in an Advertising Expense account but i'm thinking this might not be correct. Should refunds be an (offset) to the income: sales account or should we keep it in an Expense account?
accounting has no idea what they are doing im fed up with going back n forth with them its rediculous
the information you are sending back does not even concern what i need
I am asking for invoices, not sales forms. I’ve attempted to alter it to my preferred warranty disclosure on the desktop version, but the change does not reflect utilizing the mobile app.
I have no vendor information after update of system.
I recently advanced a due date for a customer. There isn't anything they need to do, and a pop-up told me they can view the change. But do they receive a notification? There seems to be nowhere to adjust or view notification settings in QBO.
I’ve checked all the settings and it says it’s sending it but the customer doesn’t get it as an option
How do you merge customers and vendors to one entry. We have vendors that have become customers? Thx
My CPA gave me a list of journals to put into my quickbooks account. I am unable to put in any A/R entries because the adjustment is to A/R account not any particular accounts. How do I work around this. He has also asked me to make an entry to a R/E account and I don't know what that stands for, any suggestions?
I migrated my desktop company files to online. The report shows my "items" have been transferred. Now I can not access them in my online account.
I have two people that sublet my office. How do I record the rent I receive from them?
I would like to send my contract clients invoices automatically every month rather than input them monthly.
Two issues.First, my save function goes into a "holding" pattern so I have to exit and reenter the GL information to be Saved.Second, when I use the Search Function (the Magnifying glass) to try to search for new transactions (check number or dollar amount) that I imputed today the search function states it cannot be found. However, when I go into the GL I can find them. Why is my search function not finding items I imputed today. It does find items I imputed yesterday (and previously).
