We are a construction company that deals with septic systems. One of our customers had to pay for some repairs that he shouldn't have had to. We need to reimburse him that amount. Do I just put his name in the vendor list and pay him, or should I add his name as a "Credit Card" type, enter the bill that he paid and then reimburse him? It sounds simple but I want the proper paper trail. Thanks!
How can I create more than 3 customs fields (I need around 19) in a QB online Invoice form.
Where do I find this reference number so I know which customer to apply this payment to. It does not match any reference numbers found under sales>deposits.BANK DETAIL External Deposit Accounts Payable INTUIT CANADA U [removed]CYEF2SATX
When we write our quotes, there are usually comment lines or service items that are used to insert default text, such as scopes of work, or various disclaimers. For supply-only sales, we print a sales order set to a packing list template to use as a packing list on the package. I know that if I hit the print button dropdown, I can print the default pick list, which only prints actual inventory items and non-inventory items. I'd like to be able to have one or two of my custom templates behave in the same way, but can't find any way to do so.
