Hi, I recently started a business and wanted to use your software. I made an account on quick books online via my pc, and I was going to get the essential plan but I got side tracked. Later I installed quick books accounting on my phone thinking it was the same thing and started the trial, went to use the pc and checked the account on there, it said I was on the starting package. I wanted to switch over to the essential package but it wouldn't let me saying I was on Google billing. I looked all over the web page account settings, quickbooks account settings, billing and subscriptions and I found no option to change it. It just says "looks like you're on Google billing". I checked Google play store AND the Google play website and I did not have any active subscription or trial on any. I want to use this on my pc and I can not switch the plan, or billing, or anything.
I just downloaded and paid for a subscription to quickbooks desktop pro then realized it doesn't work on Mac so I immediately cancelled my subscription. I just want to make sure I won't be charged for the first billing period. Can someone help with this?

I started with easy start for a free month and I am trying to upgrade to essential and pay for it but on my App Store subscription it is only letting me choose easy start. How do I upgrade. ?

i found one reference to this question. tried the stuff it said. run the file from the c-drive, didn't work. delete the entitlement file, could not find it or I don't have one
What is the process to delete or remove entries left after account reconciliation in Quick Books Desktop. They are bank transfers, journal entries, etc. that are months old.

I set up email forwarding a few months ago and tested it. It worked perfectly. Now when I try to use the same function I get an email from Intuit that my email forwarding is not set up and takes me to QB online to set it up. But I don't use QB online I use QB self-employed. I chatted with support, no help there, the representative said "It's a problem with your email provider" which is just stupid. I didn't find a phone number for technical support. How do I fix the problem?
