Hello, I have recently solved a problem where my bank changed online systems which caused me to have duplicate accounts. That problem is fixed, however I am left with a new one. There are duplicate transactions showing payments from a checking account *that no longer exists in my chart of accounts* I cannot zero out these transactions or remove them because they are associated with an account that QBO says is inactive. However, even with "Show Inactive Accounts" selected in options, the account is not listed in the chart of accounts. Therefore I am left with the following scenario (at least 20 instances of this): 1. A payment from the correct "Business Checking" account to the "Business Amex Card" account2. A duplicate payment from a now nonexistant "SMALL BUS CKG 0010-4-1" account that is not listed in the Chart of Accounts despite having the "Show Inactive Accounts" flag turned on. A phone rep informed me that before a payroll account can be deleted and reset, all payroll entries must process and that our payroll subscription should be cancelled before deletion. The thought of deleting either account is paralyzing but especially payroll! I checked into it and we have an automatic federal tax payment that was entered last week scheduled to clear next week on Thursday. Salaried employees are entered automatically and hourly employees are entered manually every Thursday to pay out via direct deposit on Fridays. If the federal tax payment prohibits me from purging the account until it settles, there would be no time before the next payroll is entered. Am I understanding this correctly? How could I ever delete and reset the account?
i do not want these apps to generate accounting txns in quickbooks. but removing the accounting apps should still allow these services to send the money to our bank account. i'll manually do the accounting txns once i see the money transferred to our bank.

previously I print a report by clicking on the print icon in the upper right hand corner of a reconciliation report. there is no print icon anymore. not sure when this started exactly but I'd say within the last 2 weeks. never had issues previously. I've tried different devices and different browsers, problem is consistent across all.
I have Quickbooks Money login and just purchased a Quickbooks Online subscription. When I login in, I only see Quickbooks Money, but not the Quickbooks Online dashboard. Can someone assist?

I am trying to create a budget vs. actuals report using a created Balance Sheet budget. Quickbooks allows me to create the budget (by selecting "Balance Sheet" as opposed to "Profit vs. Loss") however, there seems to be no way to use the created Balance Sheet Budget, anywhere.
We have purchased new Qbooks edition every three years (as abdicated by Intuit, not by choice).... Anyhow, historically we purchase near the of May. We got a deal, and purchased this year in early March.If I activate the product in March 2017, will it expire in three years, March 2020, Or will the expire date remain the same, May of 2020?
How can I create a copy of my QB (online) company file and then delete some accounts from the Chart of Accounts and give to new owner with invoices in place, etc.??
