If you go to Help you can call, chat or get a call back. You can also use the Community. I find I am not getting any feedback from the Community on questions. I end up searching posts similiar and see they have not been responded to either. Many posts I do see with responses are done with confusing answers that don't answer the poster's questions. You can clearly see the poster repeating themselves and then you see the person or bot answering with repeated off-topic or very incorrect answers to the clearly posted question. I tried tonight but the system did not say there were specific times customer support was open, but it gave me a number to call and a support ticket #. I called and I was told the system was down for the evening. So I tried to post on the community but it's a very glitchy, outdated, non-user-friendly (UX and UI) interface. I have posted in the past and I never get an alert that QB or the community replied to my questions

About three weeks ago I went to sign on to one of my 6 companies that I have since 2017 and it would not let me in saying I needed to contact the company admin to get logged in. I am the only user, the only primary user, the only admin user. The first time I contacted support I was hung up on. The second time they told me to follow a link to request change my email address and reset my password. THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. But I did that. They said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. That never happened. Called support again a few days later. Now they say it is a KNOWN PROBLEM THAT QBO DELETES PRIMARY USERS. Now I have to prove my ownership of the company. I have sent in my ID, Company Docs, and letter from my husband who has never touched the software once. I contacted QBO, They created this, and after 3 weeks I still cannot get logged on to my books.

When we make a bank deposit, we want to run a report that shows the deails of the deposit so that we can attach the report and attach it to the deposit and put it in our paper files. The Deposit Detail Report contains the information, but it doesn't list a single deposit, we can restrict it to a day, but not a single deposit.
I just discovered the fixed assed feature, becasue before we used the non inventory product to lounch a computer for example. In 2021 and 2022 we used the bonus depreciation to fuly depreciate the asset so we used a journal entry to do that. Now, with this new tool, I'd like to know how can i bonus depreciate an item recorded in the fixed assed featureOr more, a journal entry can differently depreciate an item scheduled to be depreciate in 5 year?
We're on 18 and called it to update to 19. I got a whole lot of lawyer verbiage about v19 not going to be supported by the end of the year. Are they gearing to get to v20 or abandoning QB POS?
I have a client that has 7 different Quickbooks Desktop accounts(1 for each location) all with the same EIN. They would like to get all data, or as much as possible, into on QBO account. I am being told that only one migration can be done per QBD account - in other words I would need to create 7 QBO accounts. Is this true or there some sort of way to accomplish this?
We pay truck drivers their pay for loads but sometimes we have to deduct expenses from their load pay. How do we pay an invoice from their payment without having to actually invoice them?

I want my different income categories like Labor, Parts, Other to be listed on my profit and loss, not combined into one category called Services. It did not used to do this. Seems like QB Online did an update of some sort.
I have been using their payment and qb checking account service for over two months no issue, even used my card last night. I login today and it says my account is "on hold". I call in and they tell me that the system just arbitrarily closed my merchant and checking account, holding hostage a few thousand bucks and I cannot do any invoicing or take payments. WTF, no call no hey is there an issue just closed and now I have to WAIT UP TO 48 HOURS FOR THE ESCALATION TEAM TO EVEN LOOK AT THIS ISSUE essentially crippling me and my business. What the hell is the point to offer this service if you're going to just close it and hold me and my money hostage? And not have a quick fix for this? Does anyone have a number i can call because customer service is making a case but says I cannot call anyone else and I find that not reasonable.
I set up my account with my personal phone number and then later wanted to change it to my new business number. I went into my account settings and changed the number, but within a few weeks it automatically switched back to my original personal number. I called customer support multiple times regarding this, they showed me how to change it in my Intuit account, but it still continues to switch back to my original number. Is there a way to completely remove my original number from my Intuit and Quickbooks accounts? Every time it switches back my personal number is being sent on invoices and estimates to customers.
How do I change the email I use send batch emails from? I use QB Enterprises. I tried changing it from the top of the send froms box but it still send from my other email. We are haing trouble with gmail rejecting our emails and want to try sending from a gmail email address.
Just moved QB Enterprise Accountant 18.0 to the new computer at my son's business. It says I need a validation code. Tried calling QB but can only get a bot. Chat message doesn't work. My son bought this version on Ebay 2 years ago.
I am getting a different accountant. How do I remove the old accountant's access privileges and give a different accountant access?
Anyone have problems with Invoice entries freezing up after 2 or 3 entries where the Error flag won't let you enter the invoice but does not pinpoint the "Error" and won't let you do anything? Even if I change all the info such as date and Invoice number it still will not except the invoice. I have to close the program and wait a while to open it. Then after 2 or 3 mor entries it does it all over again. If I can't get this resolved quickly this is a deal breaker for me.
I have a C Corp startup, business books were simple in 2020. I've been using Quickbooks online for accounting. I'd like to use TurboTax Business to do my 2020 taxes. I just bought TurboTax Business as a Windows download. How do I get my QB online data into TT Business? I only see import directions for QB desktop.
