We have had a number of changes in office managers over the years. Some we still have access to their emails and Intuit accounts others we don’t. So to become primary admin I went as follows Helpreset Intuit ID then I was able to login with my Intuit information. seemed like that did the trick until I discovered that it caused problems with my payroll and the help chat had me change my Intuit ID number back to what it was before. so my question is how do I make sure all the other companies I took these steps on don’t have issues with the Intuit ID number. can I revert it back so I don’t run into any issues. I now know you need to submit a form if you don’t have access to the old admins account. any help would be great
I gave my client the following instructions to transfer his billing from his old accountant to himself. Sign in to QuickBooks OnlineGo to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.Select Billing & Subscription.Select Transfer Billing to Myself. He doesn't have this option. Yes, he is primary admin.
Hello. I have a potential client that lives in Canada and would like for me to do his bookkeeping. He has a QB account. Can I still do his bookkeeping even though we are in different countries? How do we go about setting this up?
I have made individual updates to items that were incorrectly categorized but it is still showing them on the report.
who can a call at Intuit to get my questions answered?
I use simply start and it only allows one eCommerce channel. I need two but the next upgraded version would be too much in cost to make it worth me adding the second eCommerce channel that I want to add. I currently have Amazon connected and would like to add eBay. Is it possible to pay a smaller additional charge to simply get the ability to add another channel?
I am not able to create a sales receipt, its like the layout is changed and I cannot figure out how to reset to original home screen
I have a custom report I just need to add it to the dashboard.
How do I activate the $38.50 per mo pricing for my new client? The subscription has it at $55? It is billed to my account, as needed to achieve the $38.50 rate, but I see no way to choose that option unless I create a new client - which I can't do because it won't let me use the same company name. ??

I have the tip feature turned on so that customers can add a tip to payments made in QBO. I have created the chart of accounts, but now I need to know which report will show me the tip amount and detail so that I can pay out to my employees?

Hopefully this isn't a repeat post as my internet cut out when I tried to post originally! I am trying to convert from QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022 to Online; I originally assumed this was done similar to updating Desktop versions by moving the company file around. I learned from the FAQ that the migration is actually done by logging into the Desktop version, and there is a migration/import to Online within the Desktop software. My problem lies in that my Desktop subscription has recently expired, and I am no longer able to login to Desktop at all - every time I try to log in, it brings up a prompt box of "QuickBooks Subscription has lapsed", and I have no access to any of my companies. Is there a way to import my company file from desktop to online without being able to login to desktop? The desktop renewal is >$500, and I no longer need as I have already subscribed over to Online...Thank you
Hello - I've been meaning to migrate from Desktop Pro Plus 2022 to Online prior to the Desktop subscription expiring, but between traveling and sick kids it appears my Desktop Subscription has expired. I subscribed to QB Online today thinking I could migrate with the company file (similar to moving company files from old desktop versions to current), but in reading the FAQ it informs me to login to desktop and there is a migration in QB itself. I currently cannot log into QB at all - when I go to open one of my companies it brings up a prompt of "QuickBooks Subscription has lapsed" and asks for updated billing. Is there a way to migrate my desktop file into online if I can't login to desktop? The desktop renewal is >$500, and I do not need as I have subscribed to online at this point... Thank you
