I have cancelled my QB online after purchase 2 weeks ago. I decided I don't need it and will stay with my desktop version (very small business). Hoe do I delete my business information from online app?
My client represents a large manufacturer and for each r&d company they have multiple projects she handles. Once contract for new work is approved, she needs to set up a job with a budget, track invoices to client as well as payouts to subcontractors and herself. The invoicing being connected to the job and payouts is difficult to figure out.New 2021 QB desk top. Can anyone help me set this up??

What item do I post on a customer's account to close it? Ownership of building with tenant accts changed to new owner.Would like to post on customer accounts an item stating "balance transfered to new owner" and have the balance owed go to an "other short term asset" account to record how much to transfer. Not sure I'm explainging everything but any ideas on how to do this?
I need my purchaser who is assigned the purchaser roll to be able to input vendor credit memos. How do I give them the access to do it? The roll will not let me add it, nor can I create a roll identical to the purchaser roll and add vendor credit memo entry. Please help!
Under the Transaction List by Vendor Report, I don't see a way to indicate which category in my chart of account was used.
I've been experiencing a NIGHTMARE. My deposits are all being held with absolutely no explanation as to why. I've been calling support almost daily and I'm told different things every time and always promised it's taken care of. Every week the number of funds I can't access grows. I have spent 1 to 2 hours on the phone daily with support. I'm told that the "Risk Department" isn't a customer facing so there's no way I can speak to them. No one has any idea what's going on. I can't pay my team or my vendors because I can't access my money. I am literally in tears and have no idea what to do or where to turn.
I want to know if ANYONE has been able to get rid of these intrusions when trying to work with Quickbooks. They give 3 reasons for having to sign in - ALL LIES. LIE #1 - "Extra layer of Security and Protection" - How is having my name out on a PUBLIC web site adding a layer of security and protection. Hackers have broken in to the Department of Defense. Breaking into QuickBooks and stealing my information would be a piece of cake in comparison. LIE #2 "Ease of account management and preferences" - My online account does not offer any additional methods to TURN OFF all the popups and sales oriented garbage. "Buy your checks from us", "Try our CC payment", "Sign in for added protection", etc. etc. LIE #3 - I have QuickBooks (Account #1) on my computer. Why do I need a 2nd "account" to get the first account to work? Can't wait to find a good alternative to Quickbooks. Over the years it has gotten too expensive and too intrusive. Time for a change.
Every time after I open quickbooks desktop pro 2018 it says Your current session will expire in X days. For uninterrupted access to intuit account, sign in now. Except I can't sign in. Initially there's a spinning circle in the right side but then it goes away and its just a blank white page. It also says you'll need to update your software to access your Intuit account here. I already downloaded and installed the webpatch and it makes no difference. This makes qb unuseable since the only way to close the window is to use task manager and the closes quickbooks. Whats the solution?
