In using the Detailed Balance Sheet report, I would like to hide all of the accounts with a zero balance. I was unable to do that with the Amount filter.

I have used QB for 20 years, with very basic needs, using few of the QB features, other than bill pay for my vendor, so I always had to upgrade when they would not support an older version. My company went in a different direction and I hired a bookkeeper who would only use the online version, so I switched. it's fine, but once again, I have switched my needs and I don't need my bookkeeper or the online version anymore, so I would like to revert back to my 2019 desktop pro version that I own, and drop the online monthly cost. I've been told different stories about how to do this, and since 2019 is no longer a supported version, I am unsure if I can even move my books without having to update the desktop version again. Can anyone confirm if I can move from online to my 2019 desktop version?Many thanks
I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2017. I am trying to install the program on a new computer. When I restore the company file I get an error message -6094 that says "An error occurred when QuickBooks tried to start the database server that manages access to the QuickBooks company file."

Can I add A QBO online company account to my branch outside the USA?
I have had an Intuit account and have been using QBO for awhile. My work added a second company and sent me the link to add that to my Intuit accounts. I followed the instructions but can't find it to log into that company. It's not in the top right under my initial not does it ask me which account I want to log into as it did the first time. Can someone direct me on where to get help or find it?
I can only complete one task with QBOnline, then it requires me to logout and log back in. For example, I click on "Expenses" and enter an expense. When I click on "Add Invoice" it freezes and takes me nowhere. In order to complete that next task I need to logout and login again. That is required for every task i need to complete.Started about 2 weeks ago...
We accidently backed up our database into 2 different company files. Each file has been worked on by 2 users for several months. Our problem is changes make with one user are not showing when another user logs in to use the company files. We want to merge 2 company files into 1 company files, is it possible without data loss? We have qb desktop pro2020, one user license.We appreciate for any suggestion or advice!
I am 2 hours into an experience that makes root canals fun. I also got the phone call today about spending $400 for upgraded service. If this is an upgrade. I had an employee we needed to let go. In removing them from QBO they happened to have installed apps that connected with our QBO to transfer data. I am not the primary admin. By being a primary admin one would think that they are now the master of their domain or at least their QBO.No such case.When I removed the person who we let go as admin there were no error message pop ups to educate that the apps needed ownership transferred. And now I was told that the previous person needs to reassign ownership or I need to contact each app to have them manually disconnect. That really makes me concerned how many people become frustrated at this whole experience and how many unused apps remain attached to various QBO instances for bad actors to use. Not only is this annoying as all get out
Under custom reports my profit and loss: customized will not open up
When trying login into quickbook using email getting following error message (We couldn't find a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant account for this email address.) .
Why won't any reports open?
We've changed our code to ingest and process the "Currency" category webhooks and we haven't received any of them from the QBO! We did this in sandbox and checked that the webhooks for "Currency" (Create/Update) were enabled. When we changed the Home Currency, we didn't receive any webhook. We also tried to listen for changes in the "Preferences" category without success!
I have credit cards linked to my account but I am new to this and I guess didn't go back far enough into the year. Is there a way to rectify that. One of them goes back to May 2022 for what is loaded but can I make it go back to Dec 2021?

I'm an Amazon/ebay seller who is trying to get set up w/ QB after the ending of GoDaddy book keeping. I've spent a number of hours trying to get set up correctly after subscribing to QBO Plus. After initially transferring everything from GoDaddy using the tool, I quickly realized that was a mistake and researched how to start over, and then purged company. I spent a lot of time playing around importing accounts. I did another purge at some point. I never saw the text in the QB help files that basically said doing a purge could be dangerous in that it may break any bank connections you set up going forward. This was NOT mentioned in the various forum posts on purging. Sure enough, it seemed to break my Chase connection, even after going on the chase side and removing the connection, it will not correctly sync anymore. After that frustration, I just decided that I'd manually upload all credit card transactions periodically and only connect my checking and sales chan
how to activate admin access that was automatically deactivated by qbo?
our admin cannot log in to the account, when I check the only one access available only the accountant but previously it was two of us?
