Can I reclassify a group of transactions under one vendor?
Hello, We have quickbook desktop. I'm trying to add a user using my account online. I'm able to add a user. However, when they accept the invite it says 400 Bad Request. What should I do? The 400 Bad Request shows up each time a potential user selects the link. We've even tried getting help from their call center and using the link in incognito mode. Thank you!Holly
After entering my credentials, I get stuck with the words "signing in...". I tried clearing caches and incognito mode. I tried restarting my computer and using a different browser. I also tried using the app. I didn't want to verify by phone so I clicked "verify a different way". This just took me to quickbooks support online. A couple of months ago I couldn't create new invoices. Why is using this service such a pain??

Before my profit and loss showed both payment nd deposit at the same time, now i can only see deposits. How do i fix this?
I have no ability to generate income statement on mobile app any longer.
I have a journal entry that is saved, but it is not showing up in the chart of accounts or on the P&L statement for that account line.
There is a "Include Page" check box, but the Management Report still prints the blank page even when this box is not checked.
In order to manage all aspects of QB, there are 4 types of Admin loggings, 1- QB Desktop Admin, 2-QB Users Admin in the desktop, 3- accounts.intuit.com 4- camps.intuit.com . God forbid if previous employee with admin rights ends up dead or terminated on bad terms, then, the business that is paying these stupid people must spend days and hours with their nightmarish support to resolve the issue. I have been struggling for 4 weeks now. Cannot add users as the result yet. They have me on a vicious cycle now that I keep uploading my DL and my Biz License, and I keep getting "DL not loaded" a couple of days later. I am going to switch to a different platform and will never look back.
Can the order of the bookmarks be changed?

The 1st thing I'd like to accomplish with Quickbooks is to keep track of my expenses. I need to set up my expense accounts. For example, I have utilities for two commercial buildings, a rental residence and my home office. I need each utility connected to the appropriate location that generated the expense. What is the best way to accomplish?
I logged into QB Self Employed on Monday to do some expenses and invoicing to find out that my account had been deactivated. So far I've talked to 5 support agents and have at least 4 open cases, I've lost track. One person asked me to request to be the primary and sent me a link - but I can't do that because I can't log in....Another asked me to submit a case to security, which seemed reasonable to me...I filled out the form and sent a picture of my driver's license. The request was denied because they "could not find my username or email address." Which does not make sense because the support people can all see my account. I have invoices from Quickbooks with my email address. My app and web page all still have my username filled in and they show that I logged in a few days ago with the account - which is accurate.Another support person asked me to create a new account and told me I could transfer all of my information from the old account, which they can apparently see just fin
I signed up for QuickBooks Live cleanup and paid the one-time advertised fee of $500. Then shortly after I was charged a prorated subscription fee for QB Live of $122.58 on top of $30 monthly sub. The ad seems more like a bait and switch. My books aren’t quite completed yet and I’m being asked to subscribe monthly to get my questions answered AND QB refuses to refund me for $122.58. Why would anyone have to pay monthly if it is a one-time fee and i haven’t built any trust in the final output of my service? This service has caused me more headaches than help. Hope someone can help, otherwise I just warn others to avoid QB Live.
Is it normal for the quickbook online conversion to go longer than 24 hours? If not, how do I stop it and start again?
For example, if the account number is structured like this, XXXX.***.XX, can I run a report that will pull only accounts that contain the .***. string? Assume the XXXX is an expense and the *** is a department, and XX is a further breakdown.
I'm still thinking in QB Desktop mode, like Ctrl-Q for a quick report on a vendor, customer, account transactions, or Ctrl-W to write a check, or Ctrl-E to open or edit a tx, cust, vendor, acct, etc?
I have been using journal entries in Quickbooks Desktop for years. Now, on Quickbooks Online, I have created the template for manual payroll entry in a journal entry. Payroll is every two weeks. I cannot see how to 'memorize' this template, so it can be reproduced every two weeks for me to enter payroll, taxes, 401k contributions etc. So, this is as much a 'memorize' transaction to use it every two weeks as it is a journal entry question
