Hi all. I'm trying to understand how my client shows up in my QB Accountant page. When I log in, I have the option to either go to my (accounting) business or the client's. If I go to my own business, this client does not show up in my Go To Quickbooks client dropdown. Is this because they added me as their accountant and/or do not have their QBO subscription through my account? I've heard that QB periodically removes people's accountant accounts if they do not have any clients, so I want to make sure that doesn't happen to me. Also, I have never seen this setup before. I clean both houses, usually on different dates, and want to ensure I record which home I cleaned correctly.
In QB desktop premier 2022, I've created a new user with a complex password. When we try to log in as the new user QB displays a dialog that says: To complete sensitive data protection setup, create a new complex Quickbooks desktop password.User name:Current password:New password:Confirm password: If we create a new complex password, right after QB starts up we get the Quickbooks - Unrecoverable Error dialog and once you close that dialog QB closes. This happens on any computer we try logging in as the new user, and doesn't happen with existing users. We tried the DB repair utility in Quickbooks Tools Hub, but it didn't help. We've tried deleting the new user and re-entering. No luck.We've tired creating a second different new user. No luck.We tried creating the new user from two different computers. No luck. Looking at Windows event viewer we see lots of different Quickbooks errors. They are not consistent from session to ses
I'm attempting to check my QB balance but the system is prompting me sign up for a Qb checking account. Do we have to sign up for this account in order to use the QB app?
I don't want automatic spelling corrections because in a description, I type names that the system sees as typing errors. They aren't typing errors, but the system changes the name to what it thinks is correct. It's a hindrance rather than a help.

How do we export all data out of our QBO Essentials account?
While working today, I noticed that none of my 2021 invoices were reflected under my accounts, nor the payments customers made. None of the accounts showed any invoices or payments. Not sure if this was something that happened when QB changed the invoice layout (it was a new layout today when I started invoicing). Any ideas? Is there a way to get these invoices and payments to reflect back on the accounts? Thank you!
When I'm using the app to enter expenses from US Postal Service, I want to categorize as "Shipping" which is a Cost of Goods Sold category. But the app won't let me do that. Crumby workaround: I have to enter the expense with an "Uncategorized Expense" category in the app, then switch to web UI and change the category (web lets me do this). (Extra clicks, waste of time)

During a support call from our QB Payroll Online, the rep recommended I try the QB Advanced. I did that, but did not like it and cancelled after 2 days. Now, I cannot run payroll as it is saying I need to modify an account in QB Advanced, but there is no Chart of Accounts because the QB Advanced trial was cancelled. That leaves me unable to run payroll.
I have incorrectly set up a trial self-employed quickbooks account. How do I delete this and my US intuit account.
