I just downloaded and installed quickbooks premier on our server. We have multiple companies we are managing. Is there any way to have the same user account have access to multiple companies or do I need to setup the user each time I setup a new company?
currently when I create a report for April for examples, I see all invoices created jan, feb and march regardless if paid or not

Hello, I am having a difficult time with the support chat. How do I get to a support manager to review the open tickets with them? I probably opened 4 tickets related to the same issue today, all because the support person kept leaving the chat.
Have tried clearing cache, changing citibank password, etc. Has anyone been successful linking citibank with QBO? It worked just fine with QB Desktop 2019

Tried making her a standard user and no change. She gets a carot to get next level without 3 dots to customize. She has no "Get paid & pay" option or "Bookkeeping" option. She has no Menu Settings at bottom left. I cannot find a setting to change this.
I have two subscriptions that are active and under two different emails to signon. I would like to use them under one email as two companies. possible?
When you turn on account numbers does it auto populate the accounts that are automatically set up in QBO?
I do computer support for multiple companies and have my own Intuit Account. I have Company S which made me an authorized user on their Intuit Account years ago. I can see my name in their list of Authorized Users. Company G recently made me an authorized user on their Intuit Account. Since doing this, Company G has access to the Intuit Account of both Company S and Company G. When Company G switches over to Company S, it shows (me) next to my email address in Authorized Users even though they are logged in as [email address removed]. When I am signed in as my email, I don't see Company G or Company S. I contacted Intuit support several time now and they explained that this was all normal and expected. In order to make this issue go away, I signed into the Intuit account of Company S, but ran into a different issue. [email address removed] is listed as both the primary contact and as an Authorized User. The (me) is next to the Authorized User. I can't make any security chan
I entered a journal entry onto QuickBooks (entry number "AJE11") and equalized both the Credit/Debit section for Merge Entry in the JV section. But in the list view "Debit/Credit section amount is displaying "0". After that now I am trying to print the Statement of a Customer but in the amount Section, the JV amount is displaying "0" & causing the issue in the Entire report. Even though everything is standard in the chart of accounts and Customer Section. I'm using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Account Edition 21.0.
I need to view detail paychecks for an employee for a workers comp audit.
I find quickbooks baffling. Why can't it stick with the company name and category that I used for a particular transaction for the past 5 months? Gosh, its unbelievable how bad QuickBooks is. So I'm always haven't to verify - sometimes it gets i right other times its way off. The transaction details are the same every month. Makes no sense!
Just got a heads up from my credit card that my monthly bill has gone up by $5, making my cost $5 more per month than the advertised rate. I haven't received any notification of raising rates, just a higher than normal bill and no information about why in my email or my account. I've been with this plan for several years, and was using a different plan for years before that, so this isn't the sudden ending of a discount or promotion. This is simply charging a 20 year customer more than the advertised rates for no discernible reason. Not cool, quickbooks. Not. Cool.
