Hello, when I setup Quickbooks online, I logged in using my personal Intuit account. As our company grows, this is inappropriate and I need to change it to use a new Intuit account tied to my work email. My personal Mint and Turbotax products should stay in my old Intuit account, while QBO should be tied to my new work email based Intuit account. I've already made the new work Intuit account but nothing I try seems to change QBO to show up under the new Intuit account rather than my personal Intuit account. Can you help me with how I change this association?

I mistakenly recorded the opening balance of a credit card account as the type "Credit Card Expense". It should have been recorded as Opening Balance Equity. But when I go to the register to edit it the system won't let me edit the type. How can I fix this?

Hello.. I have 2 companies and only one I was able to convert from windows qb to Mac qb.. in the other company a window pops up saying only the administrator or external accountant can make the change.. I only use one username and one password for both companies.. the original version is QB contractor 2013.. what am doing wrong? By the way the newer company is the one I had no problems with. Thanks
I am new to QB.
This should be simple - I've been using QB for my business past three years. For some reason now when I enter new customers - they show up under the "Customers & Jobs" tab "First name last name". For past three years all clients have been showing up "last name first name". To my knowledge I haven't altered any preferences. Now every new customer is exactly opposite of how I want it. All Q&A - the answers are from a QBO perspective. I want from a QB desktop perspective. Any help - I'm using 2021 QB so if I have to start using 2022 (which I have) to get rid of this I will but I want to know if this was a switch. Please no one say go to "sales" tab - there is no sales tab in QB desktop - I only want desktop assistance and NOT QBO. Thanks
I am trying to export monthly sales currently at 10:30 PM PST but unable to load Quickbooks Online Reports functionality and tab. Looks like it's a blank page. If the page is being worked on or is down it WOULD BE nice if the engineering or UX team would post up some sort of notification other than a blank page showing the feature is currently unavailable. if that is the issue.. you can do better Intuit..plus console error from dojo.js attached.

For the Profit & Loss, I need to breakdown the Contracted Rentals into categories/items - Apartment, GR, Hall-Holt Ballet, Artist Studios and Weddings/Event. Is there anyway to do that so that each items is reflected?
I don't see a function for adding a new company. Can I change the name of the canceled company for archive purposes?
I'm guessing the wrong QBB got used in restoration. Where does QB file the QBW and QBB files in the Windows 10 file structure? Better ideas?
