I have several A/R accounts for different types of AR. In Desktop, I was able to filter the AR aging by balance sheet account. Is this possible in QBO? If not, is there a work around

We provide QB Online services for a number of clients. When we take on a new client we ask them to invite us as accountants so we can access their data. An issue occurs when we have turnover and the original staff member leaves. We then have to ask the clients to add another new user. So here is my question. Can we have a master user name with ONE login so we do not have to bother the clients when we have turnover? That username would be tied to a generic email address that would be monitored. Are there any other ideas if this would not work?
Is it possible to install QuickBooks Enterprise Solution with Company Data on a Server and access the Company Data and process transactions from Client Workstations via web browser? If possible, what is the procedure. Any assistance will be highly appreciated. Regards.

How to remove accountant?
What is the proper way to record and categorize a personal credit card transfer to our business account and the a transfer back from the business account to the personal credit card? Would that be a owners draw or a short term loan or a owners equity/ owners draw situation?
