I was trying to add a first client in QuickBooks Online Accountant and I wanted to choose the Self-Employed account level. I selected "Pro Advisor Discount" as the billing option. I did not see that option in the list of products (see screenshot). The lowest account level I saw was Simple Start. Why is Self-Employed not available?
I used to be a QB Proadvisor and have worked on many companies. I need to get them taken off my login now since I no longer take care of their books, they are being done by someone else but still show up so I can log into them. I want to become a proadvisor again but don't want these other companies out there
How do you cancel the subscription?
I forgot password. I do not have access to the email account I signed up with or the phone number when I registered it. Have spent over 5 hours on the phone with support and still can't open QB. Have done everything that I was told to do. What do I do now?
Hello - We recently switched our small business from a sole proprietorship to an LLC. At this point, we have no employees on payroll, but have worked with a few independent contractors in the past. These contractors will work with us in the future as well.How do we switch our QBO file from sole proprietorship to LLC (with a new EIN)? I would love to hear that we can just change the information in the account setup, but I suspect that it's not that simple. Any informed advice would be much appreciated.
How can I update the app to match my online information?
I originally purchased a subscription through apple and I've always had issues with billing my entire time using QB i was paying for months and i didn't have access to functions i was paying for so i canceled because nor apple or intuit could solve the problem. NOW i can't access my account/data i want to re-subscribe using QB billing but nothing is working and when i log in to my company it says "Your free trial has expired.To keep using QuickBooks, you'll need to subscribe - and you can do it right from your iOS device.Just launch the app, open the main menu, and tap the Subscribe button at the top.There, you’ll see all the subscription options. It's that easy" does anyone know how to solve this?

When I print invoices the contact name is showing up at the top of the billing/shipping address. this is a problem because often times the contact person is a buying agent and has nothing to do with billing and shipping.

I should've probably upgraded my Essentials subscription instead, but in my haste, signed up for the Plus at 50% off.
We are contractors, but do not have any special contractor software. I create a new customer for each new job. I want to create a budget based upon what I used to bid the job, and run periodic reports to check actual results versus that budget.
I just feel like I have 2 separate accounts and would like to access the same information from my mobile app to the desktop version
