Not sure where to go to delete business account. Driving me nuts that I have to pick one of the two when they are the same!

Hello. One of my companies has set up the accounts "Input Tax" and "Output Tax" in the chart of accounts so that it is easier to monitor the inflow and outflow of taxes. This was the set up even before my active participation of the company so I wasn't sure how it was made. Meanwhile, my other company only has "Tax" in which the two items (i.e.: Input and Output) are mixed together. You can see it here when the invoices and bills are mixed togethr. I wanted to segregate them similar to the previous company but upon looking around at QBO, and my employees didn't how how the set up of the previous company was made. Would appreciate as to how I can segregate them in the chart of accounts. Thanks!
Recently, I purchased a QB Self-Employed account in error. My intention was to link my TurboTax account to a QuickBooks application, and Ayrton was very helpful, thorough and pleasant!! My issue was resolved. I took the survey, but missed including gratitude for Ayrton's professionalism. Thanks again!

how can i fix a report that doesn't have all my expenses?
Should the equity accounts (Member Contributions and Member Draws) for a sole proprietorship be closed out also? Right now after QB Desktop transferred my net income to RE, the expense accounts and income are still showing in the COA. How do I get it to clear so expenses and income can be tracked for this next year?
I purchased QuickBooks payroll through my bank. I already had QuickBooks online. It created a new company for my payroll. Can I merge them?
We used to be able to do P and L vs budget and even if we had non-budgeted income (i.e. misc income) it would appear in the report. Now I noticed our report doesn't include all income. Is it because it isn't budgeted. Or something else.
I have changed CPAs. I need to give the new CPA access to my QBO. How do I do this?
