We bought Intuit QuickBooks Online Clean-up service in April 2024 to organize our books from 2023 and 2024 until June and the Live Bookkeeping service to keep up with our account after the cleanup was completed. The Clean-up documents were delivered July 25, 2024. The live bookkeeper assigned to us said that she was unable to maintain our books because of errors in the Clean-Up that prevented her from being able to reconcile our account. We had to cancel our monthly bookkeeping service so that we would be allowed to reach the level of customer service that deals with clean up. After weeks of back and forth and conflicting information on customer service, we were told in a phone call Oct 25, that they were going to fix the clean-up errors. This was also reiterated in the chat on Oct 28. Then, we were told on a phone call Nov 8 that they could not help us with clean-up, that our books were too complicated. I am needing a "statement" type form I can either send via email or print for customers to show how much they have paid this year. Just the total amount for their taxes. We use QB as our accounting system for a before and after school daycare program. I can find income by customer summary but that gives the total for individual as well as whole. I am not able to find a "statement type" report I can have for each customer. Thanks ahead of time for your help. Last year I wrote them out and I really think I'm able to do it on here just not sure how.
Why do my automatically scheduled invoices come back to me undeliverable? It is random. Not always all of them. And some of them actually do get them but it shows they didn't on my end. I know it isn't the emails are wrong and that is what it keeps telling me, to check the email. But, the emails are right! This is constant for me. And a real pain because I have to contact my individual tenants. HELP please!!
So I'm in a bit of a pickle here. Here's what happened: 1) I accidentally connected my checking account a second time when adding a new one (I chose the start date of the new account, this will become important later). This created a new account and disconnected the bank account from the original.2) Based on some bad advice somewhere else in this forum, I merged the two accounts and made the new account the surviving one.3) I deleted duplicate transactions, including the opening balance that came in from the different start date. All is well, except that all my reconciliations were lost. I would do those again (begrudgingly), but the beginning balance shown on the reconcile page is the deleted one from the new start date, and doesn't match anything that's now in the chart of accounts. It also doesn't match anything I can find in my bank statements. The old beginning balance is still in the chart of accounts, so I'd like to start reconciling from that date and that balanc

Hi there-I'm needing assistance with managing users. It's a little complicated, but hoping you can all help iron this out for me 🙂 1. Our accounting firm has a client whose books we've been doing for years on Quickbooks Desktop. The client then needed us to transfer their QB file to QuickBooks Online, which we did.2. The client is using Quickbooks Online Simple Start - this only allows for 1 "Billable" user and 2 "non-billable" accountant firm users. (what does billable mean in this context? That the billable user is the one who pays for the Simple Start subscription?)3. I've logged into our firm's CAMPS (qbo.intuit.com....) page, which lists this client's company file (ya with me so far? 🙂 4. Right now, it lists our firm as the Primary Admin and the Client as the Company Admin (and ALSO lists us in the Accounting Firms tab).5. Our goal is to add her personal CPA/bookkeeper to the Users. If I cancel Quickbooks Online Payroll Core, will I still have access to all the historical data?
We want to have a separate QuickBooks account for our Key Internal Employees Payroll to ensure that those with Payroll access are unable to see what Office Personnel's wages. Is it possible to have two QuickBooks accounts with the same EIN? This is a necessity for us, and need to find a platform that can accommodate this need.

I recently signed up for Quickbooks Online, and also ordered bookkeeping services through intuit. I signed up over the phone with a salesperson. My credit card was charged and when I login to my account I'm able to look up the charges on Intuit's website and verify that they are valid. I click on every link on the page and cannot figure out where to actually access quickbooks. It doesn't show up that I have any subscriptions. Also, I haven't been contacted by anyone regarding the bookkeeping services. When I click Support, it takes me to various pages, none of which have contact information by phone or email. The only phone number I can find on the entire website is the sales department's line. Holy Cow. What do I do?

I have QuickBookss Desktop Pro 2018 and have had no problems until now. I can no longer email invoices to my customers. I get the message that it is "unable to send your emails as you are signed out of Intuit ID. Sign in to continue." If I continue, I get the message that my "software needs to be updated to access my Intuit account"? I can't seem to get anywhere. I deleted my email address and tried adding a new one but Intuit needs to verify it. Where do I go from here. I do not want to use their new programs or their online programs. Can I still use this feature?
