I see that a person that is no longer a user is accessing our account. A past admin, who is not a user, edited 2023 budgets on Aug 22, 2024 and Feb 7 2024. How can this happen?
Connecting PayPal connector seems to double-count transactions and exclude others. What is the correct solution here? Sales on the home dash board should be Shopify REVENUE, or total income. And PayPal income should be part of Shopify Sales. Totally confused on how these are supposed to be synced. P/L reports still seem correct, though.
My admin has shared the access but not able to locate it.
The QuickBooks Cash account monthly statement has not been calculating or paying out interest for the past two statement cycles. As outlined in the deposit account agreement, interest should be deposited at the end of each monthly cycle based on average daily balance. Interest and general information on my monthly statements under the interest section are totally blank. I have been unable to work this out with QuickBooks support. The support agents seem to not know much about the QuickBooks Cash account and have been of no help. I have also tried contacting Green Dot Bank and haven't been able to get through. I've spent hours on chat and in phone calls trying to get this resolved. Is there a way to escalate this problem to the correct department or group at QuickBooks? This is something I need to get resolved as I am now owed two months of interest. I feel like this is a very serious bug if it is happening with other users.

Hi, I have been emailing back-and-forth with an into it representative for months trying to ensure that my 1099 contractors only have access to extend invoices and do not have access to any revenue information. I was assured that they do not, but this is incorrect. my six contractors have been able to see our monthly revenues each time they log into QuickBooks online . I’ve escalated this up the chain of commands at QuickBooks and I’m being told that there is nothing they can do. I cannot imagine that I’m the only small business owner that would be surprised to know that there is no way to prevent your contractors from seeing your monthly revenues when you want them to be able to do is extend invoices Does anyone have any other ideas? It’s important to know that I was unaware that they were able to see this information so I have to believe there are a lot of other small business owners out there whose private information is being shared without their knowledge..
How can I post paents in the method area?
I'm trying to send invite link to our accounting firm. QBO asks first for verification code to proceed. But I am not receiving code both via call and text. Already checked my phone and it's working well.
I switched from desktop to online version through intuit but they kept billing me for both payroll accounts, now they will not refund me even though the desktop version was never used again. They said it was because it was a monthly subscription and basically, I should have caught it. Is there someone other than customer support I can reach out to correct this?

My Picking Sheet is set up with the Pick Date year as 2019 at the bottom of the sheet. How do I update it to the current year? Also I want to change the line Quote No. to OC No. on the top right of the sheet.
