When viewing a transaction (such as an Expense transaction), one can view the audit history for that transaction by selecting More...Audit history in the black bar at the bottom of the screen. To revert to the Expense view, there's a "<Back" link available on the history page. Selecting "<Back" works fine--gets the user back to the Expense transaction view. However, when the user closes the Expense transaction (by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner or selecting "Cancel" at the bottom), THE AUDIT SCREEN APPEARS AGAIN! From there, it appears that the user is stuck between those two screens. Even saving the transaction again just leads back to the Audit screen. The only way I've found to get out is to start over with a selection from the black menu bar on the left of the screen. This is incredibly inconvenient if, for example, the Expense transaction was located by "drilling down" through links in a report. There should be a way to get back to the previous screen--just like

1. Amazon Clearing Account – I can’t figure out the amounts going in and out of this. Maybe there is a report that ties to it that I can’t find. Amazon Sales Tax is a debit balance and keeps growing. This is all from integrated entries, so I don’t know what is going on or how to fix this. Again, there may be a report that can tie this out.
When I create an invoice and search for products to add to the invoice, the android mobile app will not pull up all products. It works fine on a laptop. Any suggestions!?
Is there a way to delete a batch from a specific source? We interface all transactions from our sales system Counterpoint. For the month of September all of our imported transactions are in Quickbooks twice. What I am hoping to do is delete each duplicate batch.
They are making the rounds again calling advising me my QB Pro Advisor ( which i don't have ) is expiring and my card needs to be updated. I advised Tom ( which wasn't really his name ) that i will not be giving him anything. It's really sad that you can't trust anyone.
How can I create a back up of my files? When I enter custom dates for older info (example 1998, 1999, 2000), it shows NO data.
We have four bank accounts that are managed in QBO. I want to use just two of them for our operations budget. The other two are strictly for capital improvements. How can I distinguish the operations budget transactions from the capital transactions? All transactions are showing up in my operations budget and throwing off our numbers.

Everytime there is an update for Quickbooks the alert goes to an old employee's email, how do I change this to the correct email?
I downloaded the desktop app and added it to my taskbar. When I click on the icon in the taskbar or run the app from the Start menu nothing happens. This was happening several months ago when I first tried the app so I gave up. I tried it again about a month ago and it worked for a couple of weeks but recently it refuses to launch. Anyone else have this trouble? Anyone know a way of diagnosing what is wrong?
What do i need to do to access the original company. Both granted access with the same email address.
