What do I need to know if I do NOT migrate from QB desktop Pro Plus 2022 to QB online?

Good afternoon,I received the email(s) about the 5/1/24 deadline for migrating to QB online and the higher cost. Since my small business will have very minimal activity and may close in 2024 (retirement), I have no desire to change anything. I just want access to my data, be able to update data, be able to add an occasional client, create invoices and reconcile accounts.If I do nothing by 5/1/24 - what do I need to know now about my current QB desktop Pro Plus 2022?What are the pros and cons I need to know?Being forced to go to QB online is not a realistic option for me. Thanks,Paula

Is there a screenshot manual for QB enterprise? I've been out of the accounting game for about 6 years and I am lost. I have manuals for 2 other accounting softwares but can't seem to find one for this one.  I have no clue if my assets, liability and deprecation accounts are setup correctly but they don't seem to be.

I have a subscription, $32/mth. I rec'd a email stating, I qualify for a subscript that is reg. $15/mth but the1st 3mths is $7.99, I subscribed. Am I paying on both now?

My monthly payment came out of my banking account and so did the $7.99? Just needing some clarification. Thank you for your time.
