In Sept. Cater Allen Bank updated website and login process and I spoke to QB support numerous times but to date no update on fix despite acknowledging there was an issue. Main focus as been to close the ticket ASAP without resolution. Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
My Natwest Cards Online (UK) account doesn't connect anymore. I used to be able to fix such connection issues by going to "Edit account info" to disconnect and then reconnect the account. But now I can't find the checkbox "Disconnect this account on save" anymore.
Hi, I am getting really frustrated trying to re-connect my Nationwide account and have so far spent about 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. My accounts lost their connection a couple of weeks ago but i managed to re-establish them. Two nights ago it happened again but this time I can't re-connect! I've tried the fix it now button and re-entered my details with the prompts. I researched the possible causes and found that it could be prompts/ messages from my bank in my online account that need my response but i cant see any, I have looked through all the menus in my online account and the banking app and I'm now stumped as to what i can do to fix this. I read a post regarding this issue and someone suggested to delete the account and reconnect it, the problem was that you lose the transactions and have to review them all again. I joined Quickbooks to make life easier, I can't review thousands of transactions again so this is not an option as far as I'm concerned and will be very
I've recently received an email to say I need to migrate my Nationwide feed to open banking. However, I've tried to do this and after the screen asking me to agree to the various details required, a pop-up window opens and then after a long time fails to load, giving the following error: I am working on a Mac but the same thing happens using Firefox and also on my iOS devices.
HelloI have just upgraded our Santander account to the open banking as I had a message to do it before 20-Jan and thought I'd just get it out of the way. We have a current account, and a savings account which are both linked to Quickbooks. But it appears that the savings account is not available for the open banking, just the current account.I now cannot update my current account transactions in Quickbooks as it is permanently trying to update the other account, which it can't.Help!Thanks.
Our Barclays accounts were previously connected using the passcode and memorable word but having had to change the login details I now no longer have the option to connect in this way. I just get an error saying that I need level 40 access at Barclays! Can anyone advise?
Hi,My beginning balance is out on the bank reconciliation of an account which has been previously reconciled. The reconciliation discrepancy report is empty. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
I recently had to change my password for HSBC business banking, but I can't seem to find any way to update QuickBooks and now I can no longer connect to my bank. This essentially makes the app useless. Can anyone help before I cancel my subscription?
Hi,In October my link to Santander banking broke. I waited a month for developers to fix the link (I had an open call on this). I've just tried to re-establish the link. 1) ALL of my historical reconciled transactions have been cleared. So I have no reporting whatsoever. 2) The fresh link only pulled through 2 months worth of data. Effectively useless.3) upon manually importing data the CSV file corrupted showing all debits in my business account as credits.4) I binned the account to start again and now cant get the account to reload. Since there is pretty much zero customer support Im shooting in the dark with this. I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN GET SUPPORT AND HOW I COMPLAIN THIS HAS COST ME HALF A DAY ALREADY
