Hello I am hoping somebody out there has a simple solution. I am new to QBs, so please bear with me. I have a shopify store integrated to the QBs. QBs pulls all the invoices from Shopify as gross invoices. The bank receipts are net of card fees, refunds etc.I found a simple a way of allocating, however this has one big/huge/heavy limitationI follow the process as follows:- Transactions > Banking > select receipt > Find match > allocate all the invoices as gross (leaving the difference as fees) > select resolve differences > add resolving transactions.The big issue I have is that, you can only add a maximum of 5 new transactions, so if I have 10 separate customers I want to be able to put separate card fees for each and then I can check P&L for each customer. Has anybody had a similar issue and how have they resolved?

How do I amend the banking dates shown to match the tax dates. It is showing January 2022 and I need it to show April 2022. How do I amend this as amounts shown will be in the tax return currently with our accountant. Do I exclude all payments from 01 Jan 2022 - 31 March 2022 starting from 01 April 2022???? Thanks,
The bank feed expired for a client, they tried to reconnect the feed the normal way, when they did they ran into the above error message, I tried connecting on a different computer after clearing cache and cookies with the same result. this error occurs after we have logged into the account, on the screen in which you tick the accounts you want to link a bank feed to, but the bank accounts do not show only this message. I have also tried disconnecting the bank accounts and reconnecting them but I am getting the same error. any advice would be appreciated.
it might be to do with some currency transactions but nothing is owing and the money does not exist !

I am unable to connect to Starling , I enter my account and phone number but I am receiving an error message every time
My QB Self-Employed app on Ipad is telling me I need to reconnect to my Lloyds account, OK I've done this before, however on the Bank Details page neither the Update now or Reconnect tabs respond at all. When I press the Reconnect tab I get a "We're having trouble connecting" message. This means that I cannot connect in order to update my accounts. What is going on and how do I resolve?
