I just upgraded to essentials and was told I could do recurring transactions. When I try to make one, it send me to an"Upgrade page." Why?
We have an outsource AR provider and an in house AP clerk. We don't want to duplicate her work.
I accidentally entered a number of checks in the wrong bank account. It seems that I cannot make a correction without calling customer service. Is there something I am missing. Any advice welcomed.
The system automatically puts it in Un-deposited funds? I clicked the deposit though and it did record in my checking account.
I am trying to connect to the Capital One - Credit Cards service to get my CC information/transactions.Every time I connect using QB Desktop it crashes and terminates. I can connect to Wells Fargo with no problem.I use Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2022
I recently added a new bank account to my bank feeds. But every time I click update, it requests my security token from my bank app. My bank says that means I'm using Web Connect, and there is a Direct Connect option. I've contacted QBO support, and no one speaks english. I'm being told that I have to manually upload my bank transactions, which I know to be incorrect. My bank has confirmed that other users have made a Direct Connect link to this particular bank, and they do not have to input the security token each time the feeds update. I see no where in setting for me to change the connection type....
I closed my Etsy Store without opening QB Self-Employed to import transactions from a few months prior the the closing of the store. I downloaded The transactions of the missing months from etsy via CSV files. I imported these into QB Self-Employed, however, they are not showing up in the transactions tab neither did it change any business Income/Spending numbers. Can anybody help? Thank you.

Trying to connect a new Wells Fargo account and it just keeps timing out. Have been trying for a few days now. Any suggestions?
How do I know which one is which? They came in at the same date. How do I confirm which one first?
@arkvalleyinfo , there's a major BofA bank sync bug:Two types of BofA (business, anyway) charges NOT being sync'd by QBO:1. LATE PAYMENT FEE2. PURCHASE *FINANCE CHARGE*Perhaps because these transaction types come before all the other info - probably 2 separate sets of csv's. See below: This is a horrible dev bug: I have to manually add these transactions every time. I tried to report this to QBO, but support is closed. Does anyone have a QBO contact to forward this upstream?
Hi, We are construction contractor. My husband need to cash the check that received from the customer at the Check cashing Store. We need the cash to pay our subcontractor since the bank will hold the check for 10 days until the fund available. So, how I record that check into QuickBooks (Quickbook desktop premier)? We have to pay 1% of the check for cashing fee.Thanks so much

I want to make sure our capital accounts are correctly entered. After connecting to the bank this is how QB entered our investment: Partnership Investment 20,000 Partner 1 Equity 0 Partner 2 Equity 0 Partner 3 Equity 0 Partner 4 Equity 0 Our two deposits to open bank account 18,000 / 4 = 4500.00 2,000 / 4 = 500.00 I went into the deposits and divided each one by four using our four capital accounts. But each partners account still shows 0. I opened the main account register
