Can I create a pay type or an addition to employee paychecks on each check that they can use to buy their own health insurance plans?
I ran Time and exported hours to payroll today. Every employee was shorted 7 to 9 hours. I went back to Time and ran a report, the hours exported were correct. QBO chat said it was a "Time" issue and sent me to them. Time said it was a "Payroll" issue and said they couldn't help. I've seriously about had it with QBO and their inability to fix issues.
We have an employee that no longer has access to the email linked to his workforce account.I've deleted the email and replaced with the new email in QB; however he is not receiving the link to view his paystubs in the new email. I've tried contacting QB but they cannot provide a solution. Is there a way to stop QB from sending his stubs to the old email???
When I was using Quickbooks Desktop, there was a report titled "Employee Pay Adjustments History." Since I switched to Quickbooks Online about 1 year ago, I cannot find a similar report in Quickbooks Online. Is there a way to create this report?

When I call it go back and forth between Time and Payroll representatives. Each say it’s the others programs problem
Our employee paychecks are showing as Not Specified on the Profit & Loss by Customer report. But, all our hours are assigned to jobs on the timecards used to create payroll, and each employee is setup to map to the correct coding. Previously, we were able to do a workaround, where if we edited and resaved each paycheck QBO would then kick it to the correct job the next time we pulled the report. However, this fix seems to have stopped working with the last update. The first time we reached out to the customer care team, they told us this was a known issue and was being worked on and there should be a fix soon. However, the most recent time we called, they opened a ticket, told us it would be 48 hours to get back to us, and then never reached back out. When I called today, the ticket had not been worked on at all, despite it being a week since we called. Wondering if anyone else has found an actual fix or new workaround for this?
Can you please call me regarding an incorrect charge to my CC?
I am trying to set up pre tax health insurance deductions for 2 employees. They will each be having different flat amounts deducted from their paychecks. How do I set this up in Quickbooks Online payroll?
I inadvertently told QBs that I filed my UC-1 for Q1 2024 too early. Now it won't let me run payroll for this week. How can I tell QBs that this has not yet been filed so that I can file it after 3.31.24 and run payroll up until then? Thank you.
The email has been eliminated from our account yet that one notice keeps being sent
How can I change paycheck from check to direct deposit?
I manage the payroll for a client and I am having an issue where 3 of the employees paychecks are not showing up neither in bank register nor profit and loss reports but when I run the Payroll Summary all paychecks do appear. I have already checked the bank account connected to the chart of account and confirmed the correct account is selected. I have tried deactivating and activating the employee as well and even went as far as checking that all the information of the employee needed has been entered correctly. It so happens that those are salaried employees as well and only 1 out of the 4 salaried employees is showing up in the profit and loss. I've multiple instances where I've had to deal with different issues for this clients payroll and I'm starting to think whether QBO doesn't offer enough confidence for payroll services when it comes to larger companies. Because every month I seem to encounter a different issue for this client.
