PLEASE, PLEASE...Get off your backside and update the program to allow Texas SUI to something less than 0.31%. The current rates are coming out with a TOTAL SUI of 0.23%. With a ETIA rate of 0.1%, this means the new UI rate can be as low as 0.13%. Well below the program limit of 0.31%. Call into support today, they want 'proof' of the new rates...Don't need to provide 'proof' if I change the rate myself...I REALLY DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE.
Question on the Simple IRA match setup: our system was set up for a dollar for dollar match up to 3% but in the system it just said 3%, so even if the employee is contributing less than 3%, QB calculates 3% as the company match portion. Because of turnover of some personnel, QB is currently unwilling to answer questions about Payroll issues because no one currently here is listed as Primary Admin on the system ... we are trying to get that resolved, but in the meantime, I'm hoping someone can assist with IF the system can handle a formula that says (in effect) match the employee contribution but only up to a max of 3% instead of giving everyone 3% even if they contribute less than 3%. Thanks in advance for any assistance. (PS .... Intuit/QB help in updating the administrator is a convoluted and tedious process taking excessive time and they are less than helpful. Really bad customer service.)
I have 2022 Desktop Pro Plus and I am trying to print my W-2's on IRS preprinted forms like I have every year. This year I upgraded to the 2022 Desktop Pro Plus and when I try to print the W-2's, the top form is aligned perfectly, but the bottom form is not. It's like the formatting between the two forms is not correct. There isn't enough space between the two forms on the page. Is there a fix for this or has anyone else had this problem?
I have S Corp paid health insurance set up to affect Federal and State taxes, but on the W-2 this amount is only showing up under Federal Wages, not State. I am having to manually override the State wages for all of my clients. Why isn't this working?
I have gone into my Payroll Item List and updated our Unemployment Tax Rate for 2021 but it doesn't allow me to update the Taxable Wage Base per employee. It is still showing last years wage base.
The company address printed on my payroll check stubs says I need to fix address before proceeding but the address on general tax tab of the payroll settings is correct.
all of my 1099 vendors are not showing up on my 1099 summary or detail report
In the Pay Liabilities Tab, I had an error message stating "A tax payment us missing below" Go to Schedule Payments. How do I correct his error message? Thanks

How do I set up allowance payroll item to pay owners through payroll
Texas Workforce Commission has sent us a letter with our unemployment insurance tax rate for 2023 which is lower than the range Quickbooks is accepting on the setting page in Quickbooks Online Payroll. How do we fix this issue?
I double checked the date for 4th Q estimated taxes and it has 1/17 on the IRS site. Why is QB posting an estimate for 1st Q 2023? https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/what-taxpayers-need-to-know-about-making-2022-estimated-tax-payments
