We sent out manager invites this morning to their QuickBooks Time account. Three managers have asked why they are getting the error: "We couldn't find a QuickBooks Time account". I chatted with Christian this morning and he was able to manually allow two managers access. It appears the invite link is not working. Anyone else having this issue?

We have an employee that cancelled his insurance (pre-tax) and I was not notified and he continued to get the deductions taken out of his paycheck. I entered that same pre-tax line in his paycheck with a positive balance to offset it but I am not sure if its correct and now I have that deduction in the payroll liability tab. How can I fix this? Thank you for your help!

I just recently found out i was backing up to my hard drive and not online /: long story short I lost all my data for payroll from this year. Can I manually go in and input payroll from January til now? For my tax info and w2s. I’m up to date on my 941 but the year is about to end so I will need all that info back into the computer for the end of the quarter paperwork and end of year 940 and w2s

Seems like the migration from Bank of America and Intuit Online Payroll to Quickbooks Payroll messed up my Florida State payroll (reemployment) tax (RT-6) setup. Now Quickbooks thinks my RT account number is invalid. Anyone else see this issue and know how to get Intuit to fix it? Everything was fine before I was forced into Quickbooks Online Payroll. Thanks!
I do the payroll for a private school and we have an employee that wants to have 10% of her paycheck be donated to our scholarship fund through a paycheck deduction. Is this possible and how do I set that up? We use classes so I need the class to be "Fundraising:Scholarship Fund". Thanks.
I access my client's computer remotely and do QB payroll. My client recently changed computers, and I ended up accessing the old computer (thought it was the new one) and did payroll; they've since done other QB transactions on the new computer, so I can't restore the QB file from the old computer on the new as it will wipe out the new transactions the client has done.Is there a way to manually recreate the previous payroll on the new computer without re-paying the employees and ensuring all YTD payroll information is correct on the payroll documents?
We have a new small business. My daughter and I are partners in the LLC. We would like to begin paying her a small salary, not necessarily automatic. I have Quickbooks online and use Square POS.
I was persuaded by a wonderful rep to upgrade to the new QB Payroll Core. What a disaster this has been. I signed up in the middle of June. None of my prior payroll data was integrated. I was told it would be 30-60 days. It's the end of November and that still hasn't been done. How am I going to issue W2s at the end of the year?I've spent HOURS on the phone with support with no success. Also, they filed the 2nd Qtr 941 with only the 2 weeks of data in their system. They told me that was resolved.Yesterday, I received a check from the US Treasury for $15,000 because they think I over paid my taxes.Who can I contact/complain to in order to get this resolved? I am past disgusted, and if our current payroll wasn't in such a mess, I would cancel this Payroll service.HELP!!!

IT CAME ON FOR A MINUTE AND WAS TRYING TO RUN PAYROLL, BUT IT SAT THERE AND LOADED FOR EVER SO I EXITED THE PAGE. NOW ITS A BLANK SCREEN WHEN I LOAD PAYROLL.
I've been using projects for some time, but now when employees clock into the project, they are unable to choose the specific estimate/task to track time against. This screenshot should show 3 task options for the project.All time is being dumped into a category (that I did not create) called Other. The estimates/tasks (by hour) are set up and show when I click on the project to see the status of the various tasks. How do I get the task list back?
Our company stands closes for one week out of the year. How do I account for that in QB?
I may have added recurring template when I first trialed the software, I'm not sure. I would like to be able to deactivate these accounts.
Good morning community,, I have a question. Due to the holiday I made a mistake and paid my employees a day early and our account could not cover it. Our employees were paid, as you know Intuit prepays .. but our bank returned the payroll for non-sufficient funds. the transactions showed up in QBs and I confirmed them to the initial payroll lines.Intuit then redrafted the payroll out of our account and they cleared. My question is, now I have these transactions in my QuickBooks (pic attached) and I do not know what to do with them. Can someone tell me how to categorize returned ACH as well as the new withdrawals from QuickBooks. I know they balance out but I don't know how to clear them.
