I used to be able to use the electronic method. How can I set it up to use again? I'm not sure what I need to do
I set up my payroll in QB and provided wrong UI account number because the instructions were not clear. Now that I have the right UI account number, I tried to change that in QB, but it won't let me do it because they say "You cannot change the Employer Account Number for this company because you have enrolled in CO EFT. If you have received a new Employer Account Number, please contact customer service for assistance.". Of course, they do not work Saturdays and I need to process payroll. I do not even know how they sent me an email that they verified my account number and it was wrong. This is very concerning.
I am simply trying to preview my 941 form, which I have done several times, but this month it says it's an invalid form. That doesn't make any sense? Please help!

Under "Employees" I open "Paycheck List," then selected the most recent payroll (15 employees). When I "Export Selected Paychecks" I get an error saying, "Something did not work. Please try Can you help?
Our accountant is getting notifications for payroll tax withdrawals and does not need them. How do I edit the email preferences to remove him? I checked the settings and it only lists our company email address for the notifications.

on 10/01/2022 my client received an email from QBO for Arizona unemployment taxes showing OVERDUE even though they are not due until 10/31/2022. This creates an unnecessary urgency, can we change this in settings somewhere (without turning off ALL email notifications?) "You have overdue taxes you need to pay and file, Even though you have automated taxes on, there are overdue taxes that we couldn't pay or file for you.Taxes due1Earliest due10/31/2022 Go to the Payroll Tax Center to take care of these taxes.Go to Payroll Tax Center Look for taxes with a Pay action in the Payroll Tax Center and handle these manually to avoid penalties. You may need to fix your account data information to avoid this going forward."

On 3 separate occasions QB's has sent me an email stating what payroll taxes would be deducted prior to me running payroll. Then after I run payroll I get another email stating the taxes that'll be taken out of the same pay period. I've tried calling and no one has a explanation for this. In Total it has been a deduction of over $15k from my account. How do I get my money back and make this not happen again?
what area is the invitation to access quickbooks in?
What might be the best way to set up an employee to have two separate salaries?I am wanting to avoid any confusion if any reports are generated that would show hours worked for salaried employees. Here is the situation:A business was awarded a grant. The terms of using this grant money include tracking how and where the grant funds are used. The business wants to use some of the grant funds to pay a portion of the regular salary for employees. When this business uses the grant money for partial salary payments, (Example. : Employee is normally paid a monthly salary of $3,000, This employee should now be set to receive $2,889 Regular Salary and $111 Grant Salary on the same check going forward) how would I approach setting this up in QuickBooks; is there a way to have the payroll item set up where hours and minutes are not needed while creating the paycheck? I have already figured out the hours and minutes that will simultaneously displ

Hello - I have a few questions about per diem. For certain employees we give them $31.25 per day when they are working out of town. We don't require they fill out an expense report. My first question: is the taxable or non-taxable per diem? Second question is: When I set these employees up and was putting in their pay rate, etc., under the drop down that said 'common pay types', I checked the box that said 'taxable per diem' and I entered the recurring amount of $31.25. Now when I go to do the weekly timesheet for this employee, I am not seeing 'per diem' come up as on option for this employee? Where can I enter the per diem? Last week he only needs per diem for 2 days. I was hoping there was a place for me to indicate what days to apply the per diem amount? Thanks for any help!
Hi, I often run bonus/ unscheduled payrolls. I wanted to find out if there is a way in the default setting to turn off PTO accrual for unscheduled payrolls and to turn off the flat rate withholdings ex: health premiums fixed rate retirement contributions. I am currently unchecking the do not accrue and manually deleting the deductions for all bonuses, reimbursements and any unscheduled. Thanks in Advance
I was on Assisted Payroll for about a year starting in early 2019. I've recently realized that I don't have any of the 941 or 940 filings that were done for me by Intuit during this time. I'd just started this business and didn't think about making sure I had copies of all of the paperwork that Intuit was doing on my behalf. I've since learned QB a lot better and switched to Enhanced Payroll. The problem is that I can't figure out how to get copies of the 940 and 941 filings that Intuit did while I was on Assisted. I've searched the internet, searched QB help, and both called and chatted with Intuit payroll support, both times for over two hours. The first support call ended with the agent telling me that she was literally looking at my filings on her screen but that she had no way to securely get them to me and therefore I was out of luck. The second chat ended with the agent saying that I needed to log in to the Assisted Payroll portal but that I couldn't do that because I wasn't an
