When they log into intuit workforce online it only will show them a paystub from back in 2020 and says there is nothing in 2021.
When using the mileage tracker, sometimes I need to update the address in the event that I make a stop. I edit the address but the mileage does not change so my miles are lower than they should be.
TO CHANGE SCHEDULE
My payroll was scheduled for deletion randomly. Customer service promised nothing is wrong and that it is not scheduled for deletion. It still got deleted. What can we do?
Do I categorize them as an expense under "Taxes and Licenses" or is there a preferred way to record these payments? Thanks
Round trip button missing from Mileage recording ?
I AM LOOKING FOR A PART TIME BOOKKEEPER TO HELP ME WITH MY QB ONLINEINVOICES
Noticed an error on the 2019 form and I need to send a corrected form to the IRS, but I need to include the account number that appeared in the bottom left-hand corner (if there was one).
I selected the wrong account that the checks were written out of. Need to edit this. I do not do direct deposit
There is a bug in my Taxes view. The incorrect amount paid is shown, this seems to break other parts of the UI too...
Thank you for you help in advance. I have created a sub line in my payroll so I can see how much each employee gets paid on my P&L summary report. When I click on that employee I do not know or see how to move them to new sub line out of the line in AOC they are in. Help!
trying to run payroll for today and it will not load
I just switched and QuickBooks says I need more information on my employees. Where do I go to do that?
I logged in and it shows this error message. This has to do with the Workforce intuit app and site. We weren't able to show your payroll infoRefreshing your screen often fixes the problem. I am not sure what it is. I tried the web and also the APP. I tried in private mode as well. It was working fine this past Monday.
Hello. I run payroll through a 3rd party and I am attempting to reconcile our account. I am running into a couple problems as I reconcile. 1. Our payroll service takes 4 separate payments from our bank account: Child Support, Payroll Billing, Direct Deposits, and Tax Liabilities (including MO Withholding, Federal, FUTA, and SUI all in one chunk) As well as doing payroll through our third party, I use quick books to run payroll like normal, except I print stubs for the employees instead of checks. This is how I write live checks as well for newer employees and it works well. I have found that some tax numbers dont match up 100% so I do make those adjustments, making sure they match our payroll service company. I have found a way to work around everything for the reconcile EXCEPT for FUTA and SUI. Since this is quarterly and not weekly/monthly I have not found a solution to "pay the liability". Its easy to do for child support and Withholding. 2. Shou
Why can’t I get state and federal taxes taken from employee checks
I worked w/Intuit on a Payroll Correction. They completed the work incorrectly. Now, NO ONE will take a call or reply in a chat. I have been hung up on multiple times today and I waited over an hour in chat only to be disconnected. Is this legal? Can they take responsibility for my payroll and not respond when they screw up? I would like to do anything to get back at them. Where can I file complaints? How do I get any kind of help when chat doesn't work? Anyone know an attorney that would take this on?
With Quickbooks desktop I used to be able to click on the federal taxes due and see who the boss was paying. Was it employees or the doctors. Now I cannot click on the taxes that it is asking me to pay and see who is getting paid. I have a doctor who does not make out all payroll at the same time. She does 2 of us one day and 3 the next and 1 at another time. I need to keep taxes straight. How can I see with the federal taxes they want me to pay with Quickbooks online, who are they for? This time it seems like the taxes are more than usual. Thank you Christine
